Resumen

Responsabilidades:

Responder a las solicitudes de los gestores de la propiedad y los servicios de mantenimiento según sea necesario.

Reparar sistema de fontanería, electricidad, climatización en los apartamentos.

Coordinar y gestión de reparaciones y pequeñas obras que incluyen montar muebles, pintar paredes, etc.

Comprar los productos necesarios para realizar el mantenimiento de los pisos con facturas enviadas al grupo WhatsApp y reembolso cada mes (o antes si sea necesario).

Mantener las herramientas y el espacio correspondiente en nuestra oficina organizado y en perfecto estado.

Condiciones y Beneficios

Ubicación: Centro histórico de Málaga.

Horario: De 10:00 a 19:00 - 2 días de descanso semanal.

Posibilidad de contrato permanente después de un periodo de prueba de 3 meses.

Salario: entre 18.000 EUR y 32.500 EUR Brutos/anuales.

Your profile

Requisitos y Habilidades

Tener conocimientos relevantes a cualquier tipo de mantenimiento: albañilería, electricidad, fontanería, climatización, pintura, carpintería.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento/obras es requerido.

Disponibilidad de pasar por el centro histórico de Málaga de 10:00 a 19:00 (incluido los festivos sólo en el caso de emergencias.)

Ser profesional y atento a los detalles.

Tener habilidades de encontrar soluciones rápidas ante cualquier tipo de problema técnico.

Tener acceso rápido al centro histórico de Málaga.

Tener una cuenta de banco suya o de familia/amigo para recibir los sueldos y reembolsos.

Your mission

Guest Service Agent at REMS

Responsibilities

• Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
• Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).
• Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc..).
• Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).
• Cover the reception of the guests in our office.
• Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.
  
  

Conditions and Benefits

• Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (Depending on companies needs).
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month.
• For the night shift: Schedule varies depending on company's needs.
• Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 25H/ Week.
• Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.
• Days off: 2 days per week.
• Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 32.500 EUR annually.

Skills And Qualifications

• Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).
• Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.
• Having strong customer relationship capabilities.
• Good knowledge of Andalucía is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities...).T
• Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
