Guest Service Agent at REMS

Responsibilities

• Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
• Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).
• Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc..).
• Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).
• Cover the reception of the guests in our office.
• Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.
  
  

• Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (Depending on companies needs).
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month. Mostly/ All evening shifts.
• Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 25H/ Week.
• Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.
• Days off: 2 days per week.
• Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 32.500 EUR annually.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of our managed properties for guest arrivals. The role primarily involves maintaining the properties in optimal condition and managing relationships with the property owners—not the guests.

You will be the main point of contact for our apartment owners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional coordination regarding their property. Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards and fully prepared for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary contact for apartment owners, keeping them informed about their property and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and report findings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.
• Be present and available in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, as the job requires local physical presence.
• Creation of visual content related to the property (provisional photoshoot and property video tour).
  
  

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory.
• Must live in, or be willing to work daily from, the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Your mission

Objetivo del Puesto

Supervisar y coordinar de manera eficiente las operaciones diarias de limpieza en las propiedades turísticas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, la correcta ejecución del cronograma de limpiezas, y una experiencia óptima para el huésped. Este rol combina tareas administrativas con inspecciones y gestión en campo.

Funciones Principales

Administrativas

• Planificar y ajustar el cuadrante diario/semanal de limpieza.
• Coordinar tareas en sistemas de gestión como Breezeway, Hostaway, Drive y otros.
• Registrar entradas, salidas, incidencias, y tareas pendientes.
• Comunicar a los GS (Guest Services) los pisos listos y el estado operativo general.
• Elaborar reportes diarios y semanales sobre rendimiento y cumplimiento de tareas.
• Reportar y hacer seguimiento de incidencias de mantenimiento detectadas en las limpiezas.
• Despacho del personal de limpieza a las propiedades
• Apertura de Puertas y requerimientos por el personal de limpieza
• Logística de Entrega y Recogida de ropa por el personal de Reparto.
• Control de inventario de suministros de limpieza.
  
  

• Inspeccionar propiedades antes de reportarlas como listas (Visitas Misteriosas)
• Realización de Limpiezas si la jornada de trabajo lo requiere
• Dar Apoyo al personal en lsa limpiezas por falta de cumplimiento de entrega
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del protocolo de limpieza, presentación y equipamiento.
• Dar soporte y orientación al personal de limpieza durante el turno.
• Verificar la existencia y el estado del inventario de limpieza y decoración.
• Gestionar repasos y control de calidad visual.
• Documentar incidencias con fotos y notas en las plataformas de gestión.
  
  

• Experiencia previa en supervisión de limpieza o gestión operativa de alojamientos turísticos.
• Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y resolución de problemas.
• Dominio de herramientas digitales y aplicaciones de gestión operativa (preferible).
• Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos si es necesario.
• Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
