- Data Analysis and Insights: Help define technical KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas of optimisation or risk.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly, and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
- Experience in technical product management and/or software engineering in the games industry or a relevant tech environment.
- Experience writing technical specifications, translating product needs into system-level requirements.
- Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and communicate risks or constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in Software Engineering
- Previous working experience with live software.
