Sea Recovery is a premium recovery-facilitation service supporting clients overcoming addiction, burnout, and mental-health challenges. We provide concierge-level accommodation, holistic wellness coordination, and seamless collaboration with licensed third-party medical and therapeutic professionals. Our approach centres on privacy, comfort, and personalised support for high-net-worth individuals.
Role Overview
The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the property, guests, and night-time operations to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of service throughout the night. This role is a calm, steady presence for clients, handling late-hour needs, coordinating with on-call professionals, and maintaining the high standards of discretion and hospitality that define Sea Recovery.
This position does not provide medical care but ensures that clients receive timely access to authorised third-party clinical providers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Care & Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during night hours.
- Provide calm, professional support for client requests, questions, or minor concerns.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and adherence to house guidelines.
Safety & Incident Management
- Monitor property security and conduct routine night checks.
- Respond to incidents or emergencies following internal protocols.
- Contact on-call clinical partners or emergency services when required.
- Document any night-time incidents in the shift log and notify management.
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee night logistics (arrivals, departures, transport arrangements if applicable).
- Ensure communal areas remain clean, organised, and guest-ready.
- Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for morning follow-up tasks.
- Manage keys, access control, and property security systems.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate shift notes, handover reports, and documentation.
- Track guest movements permitted within the property, respecting privacy protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Sea Recovery’s non-medical service framework.
Professional Conduct
- Uphold a calm, supportive presence aligned with the centre’s therapeutic environment.
- Maintain full confidentiality regarding all clients.
- Represent Sea Recovery’s values of respect, safety, and personalised care.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in hospitality, luxury guest services, private household management, or wellness environments.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English required (Spanish a plus).
- Strong situational awareness, conflict-resolution skills, and maturity.
- Experience working night shifts in high-responsibility roles.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
- Basic understanding of wellness, recovery, or mental-health environments is beneficial.
- Clean driver’s licence preferred.
