📍 3 Locations: Gävle, Katrineholm & Västerås, Sweden
📅 Contract: 12 months | 17-4 rotation

Are you passionate about creating safer job sites and driving a culture of accountability and care? Do you thrive in high-stakes environments where attention to detail isn't optional—it's essential?
We’re on the hunt for an experienced HSE Officer to champion health, safety, and environmental excellence on major data centre and industrial construction projects across Sweden.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our teams deliver safely, sustainably, and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Implementing and enforcing the company’s HSE policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and driving mitigation strategies
- Leading site inspections, audits, and compliance checks
- Providing HSE training and support to staff and subcontractors
- Investigating incidents, near misses, and ensuring lessons are applied
- Keeping HSE documentation up to date (reports, records, safety statements)
- Liaising with local authorities and ensuring legal compliance
- Fostering a proactive safety culture and promoting hazard awareness
What you bring:
- NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent HSE qualification
- Proven experience in HSE roles within the construction industry
- Knowledge of Swedish HSE regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—on site and on paper
- English fluency (bonus points for Swedish or other Nordic languages)
- Experience on data centre sites is a nice-to-have, not a must
