Position Overview
We are looking to welcome yet another brilliant Senior Marketing Data Analyst into our Marketing Analytics team.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing and driving high-impact analytics solutions, from developing advanced statistical frameworks to evaluate marketing performance, to building data pipelines that integrate third-party sources, to creating interactive tools that empower partner teams. These are just a few examples of the initiatives you’ll help lead and deliver end-to-end, playing a key role in shaping the technical direction of our analytics efforts. The demands on this team are constantly evolving with the needs of Socialpoint’s and Zynga’s dynamic marketing teams, so it is important that you be able to adapt and utilize your time efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives.
- Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Visualize and communicate analytical findings clearly, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives.
- Proactively explore and prototype opportunities using AI-driven automation to streamline investigations and improve decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization
- Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with experience in campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience in automating recurring analytics workflows is a plus
- A team player, you establish effective relationships to work with others for the win
- Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
- BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters, MBA or PhD preferred

Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.
Responsibilities
- Create the Live-ops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
- Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
- Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game
- Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision making
- Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.
- Coordinate with features team to ensure live-ops needs are communicated and planned while new features are being developed
- Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
- Worked in a volatile and fast-paced environment and not afraid to adapt to changes
- Good communication skills and experience aligning with stakeholders
