We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our VANS store based in La Roozas Village (Madrid).

As a Store Manager, you will lead and nurture a team, whilst displaying your own initiative to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make a Difference

We expect that our Assistant Store Managers help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

• Driving sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager
• Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
• Assisting your Store Manager in implementing our established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them
• Staying on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L etc
• Reporting performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results
• Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
• Providing cover in the store manager’s absence
  
  

• You love interacting with customers. You set a great example for the rest of the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• You are not afraid to take the initiative where your Store Manager is absent. That’s the sign of a great Assistant Store Manager!
• You know how to play a part in creating a great team who share your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding. You take pride in mentoring employees, seeing them grow and having fun too!
• You have experience in opening and closing a store, helping to lead and motivate a team and leading from the front to maximise sales and boost productivity
• You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
• You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary

VANS, firma líder en moda, busca incorporar un/a vendedor/a en su pubto de venta situado en grandes alamcenes de Mallorca.

Buscamos vendedores/as con al menos dos años de experiencia en venta de moda, consecución de objetivos comerciales, recepción de mercancía, gestión de almacén y visual.

Ofrecemos contrato cobertura baja médica, 40h/semanales (Horario rotativo).

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise, welcoming and serving all the visitors and clients that are entering the boutique. As part of the Boutique team your role will be to:

• Drive business – recruiting clients, developing their loyalty and achieving sales objectives;
• Grow our client’s expertise – presenting our universe, history, creations and sources of inspirations;
• Offer an outstanding experience – personalizing client relationship, anticipating client’s needs,
• Serve all our visitors – answering to all client’s requests, after sales services and care advices;
• Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life;
• Develop operational excellence – mastering in-store tools, following commercial policies and procedures.

Are you a good match?

• Experience in relevant industry, luxury retail strongly preferred
• Advantage to have gemmology knowledge
• Experience in stock/inventory management
• Skillful in handling and analyzing large data quality by using excel

• Receive stock (physically and in system) & Transfer pieces
• Proceed to stock counts as per monthly schedule, including CS
• Manage of consignments, B2B orders and reservations (monitor deposits and invoicing in line with commercial policies)
• Handle special products requests for Client Presentation
• Follow-up pieces’ movements within the boutique (CP, safe…) and in transit
• Ensure good practices on all creations in-stock, incl: HJ and PC pieces (manipulation, stock specifications, transfer requirements, diamonds check…)
• Daily closure in GK: opening, regularization and closing GK (verification of all the payments, cash counting, sending the report to RFBO…)
• Manage cash & bill procedures (POS, float, bank deposit…) : follow up of deposits, control and correct the red lights, assistance for complex sales,
• Supervise all operations on AppCore
• Ensure all documentation is attached to daily invoices ( approvals, ID’s…)
  
  

• Train/refresh the team, in collaboration with RT Ops and RBO
• Animate morning briefs in collaboration with RT Operation Manager
• Handle appointments with external third parties in liaise with Security team (contractors, providers, intermediaries…)
• Contribute to the document management (delivery notes, emails…)
• Follow-up & prepare omnichannel orders
• Ensure the back-office area is properly set-up
• Comply with Maison’s policies and procedures – is a key contributor to successful audits
  
  

• Manage the CS flows to/from the boutique (send, receive repair to/from the platform or the subcontractors
• Check repairs list & inform the team on the status
• Control all repairs (visual check) at reception
• Perform CS activities allowed in the boutique (shining, engraving…)
• Manage spare parts & accessories (inventories, stock control, replenishment)
• Weekly control of anomaly report
  
  

• Have basic knowledge on High Jewelry, Jewelry, Watchmaking, and Stones (for quality purposes)
