Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, sales, and overall market share in the operator sector.
- Trade Marketing Strategy:
-- Coordinate with sales and brand marketing team to ensure the effective execution of trade promotions and product launches at retail outlets.
-- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that support overall marketing and sales goals and enhance brand positioning in retail environments.
- Retail Marketing campaigns:
-- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with operators, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and local market needs. Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Brand Presence:
-- Create appealing and eye-catching visibility that lead the customer through the Telco channels such as Stores/Call Center/Web/App etc.- Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
-- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Retailer Relationships:
-- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and collaborate on joint business plans, promotions, and activations.
- Budgets and Reporting
-- Manage trade marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and also company telco asset mgmt such as LDU.
- Instore visibility
-- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution. Execute in-store activities such as product displays, planograms,merchandising, POSM to boost product visibility and sales.
- Market Insights and Analysis
-- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to adjust trade marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
Your profile includes:
- Major: Bachelor or above
- Proving working experience (at least 3 years) in retail marketing in operator sector.
- Experience in digital marketing or managing 360 campaigns.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and trade marketing strategies.
- Solid experience in brand strategy and field visual merchandising.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Good time-management skills with good English.
- Ability to multi-task.
