Trainee will provide support and assistance to the Legal Counsels of the Corporate Legal Department on their provision of recurrent legal support to Werfen Business Units and Subsidiaries with regard to all kind of legal matters. Werfen will help the trainee in gaining experience to facilitate trainee’s insertion into the professional world.

Key Accountabilities

Provide recurrent legal support and assistance to the Legal Counsels, including:

1. With regard to corporate matters:

- Drafting of recurring documentation of a corporate nature (minutes of meetings, financial statements, etc.).

- Assistance in the monitoring of compliance with legal obligations of Werfen subsidiaries, including coordination with external counsels and administrative tasks related to the safekeeping of corporate documentation.

2. Drafting all kind of contracts such as manufacturing, procurement, supply, OEM, distribution, agency, transport, logistics, license, consultancy, financing, real estate, services’ provision, public tenders and interaction with health care professionals.

Networking/Key relationships

Cooperation with all corporate departments (such as Finance & Control, Tax, Compliance, QA/RA, Internal Audit, IT, Logistics, HR etc.) as well as with the department managers of Werfen subsidiaries, upon request of Legal Counsels.

Minimum Knowledge:

Education: Law Degree. Should be a student in a Master program.

Language: English proficiency
