Position Overview
We’re expanding our international outreach team and are on the lookout for energetic, goal-oriented professionals who excel at starting conversations. Your main mission will be to reach out to companies across Spain, introduce them to our compliance and whistleblowing platform, and secure qualified appointments for our business development managers. This role is remote, flexible, and performance-driven — ideal for individuals who want both independence and earning potential.

Your Main Tasks
- Reach out to business contacts through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Communicate confidently with company decision-makers to identify needs and interest.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with our account team.
- Log and update activities in shared tracking sheets.
- Consistently achieve agreed outreach and booking targets.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- A proactive, optimistic approach with the ability to work independently.
- Some experience in telesales, outreach, or lead generation is beneficial (but not required).
- You must have or be able to obtain a Spanish phone number/SIM card (we’ll cover the cost).
