Mission
Provide executive, organizational, and communications support to the Country Manager and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of Zelestra Spain, facilitating daily operations, optimizing time management, and ensuring a professional institutional presence at strategic industry events. This role is key to enhancing the efficiency and visibility of the Business Unit within Zelestra's global structure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize the Country Manager’s agenda, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and smooth decision-making.
- Prepare executive documentation, presentations, and key reports for internal committees, global corporate meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage Zelestra Spain’s attendance and representation at renewable energy sector events (Energyear, APPA, UNEF, etc.), including logistics, speeches, and follow-up.
- Act as the operational and communication liaison between Zelestra Spain’s Management and the group’s corporate areas (talent, legal, communications, etc.).
- Oversee and coordinate travel, international meetings, and visits from global executives to Spain, handling every logistical and protocol detail.
- Draft and review institutional communications and key messages from the Country Manager, maintaining a tone consistent with Zelestra’s brand and culture.
- Support the organization of internal events (quarterly meetings, leadership forums, team gatherings) focusing on experience and cohesion.
- Manage sensitive and strategic information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
- Academic Background: University degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration (ADE), Protocol, or a related field. Postgraduate or executive management training is a plus.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior management profiles in multinational environments or strategic sectors.
- Key Competencies:
- Very high level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Valuable technical skills: SAP, Concur.
- Planning, organization, and attention to detail.
- Executive communication and institutional writing.
- High degree of autonomy, initiative, and judgment.
- Ability to engage cross-functionally and in multicultural settings.
- Discretion, reliability, and adaptability in demanding environments. Familiarity with the energy or infrastructure sector, with sensitivity to sustainability and the energy transition.

Mission
Your mission will be to verify compliance with Zelestra's safety standards and current Health and Safety legislation applicable to the solar park construction project that will take place in Belinchón, Cuenca.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the generation of work procedures, disseminate them and ensure they are observed in the field.
- Disseminate the corresponding emergency programmes.
- Identify deviations from the HS Plan during the project by carrying out inspections of tasks, verifying the correct application of the procedures and monitoring corrective measures in response to possible incidents.
- Order the work to be stopped whenever, in their judgement, it is being done under conditions that put worker safety at risk.
- Participate in accident and incident reports.
- Ensure that workers have received instructions on work procedures every time they perform tasks that require them to be used, evaluating the contents and keeping records.
- Supervise the correct use of PPE and collective protection as specified in the risk assessment of the task.
- Verify the completion of all documents generated at the start of the working day such as: daily safety talk, work permits, risk control sheets and similar.
- Higher qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention, specialising in Safety at Work or equivalent qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention, such as a 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course.
- Previous experience in an identical or similar position
- Preferably knowledge of the environment, health and safety and labour legislation.

- Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. Intensive working hours during certain months of the year.

Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of the O&M activities for wind farm
- Warranty compliance
- Monitor compliance with the O&M contract warranties they oversee.
- Coordinate and ensure the success of the final EPC acceptance tests.
- Logistics and procurement
- Obtain and compare quotes for the procurement of goods and services.
- Launch procurement requests for equipment and materials.
- Ensure efficient stock management.
- Propose subcontractors.
- Analysis of production data and incidents
- Track production and project efficiency indicators and benchmark technical performance against expectations.
- Verify accuracy of instrumentation equipment.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily, monthly and annual production and incident tracking reports, weekly report.
- Optimisation
- Optimise plant performance by reducing operating costs, maximising PR and reducing unavailability.
- Compliance with CSR and EHS policies.
- Collaborate on the fulfilment of the Health, Safety and Environment goals and objectives set by management, as well as the introduction of preventive actions in area.
- Be aware of and comply with the regulations, procedures and instructions that affect his work, in particular the prevention and protection measures.
- Collaborate on the integration of health and safety in his area.
- Advanced Technical Degree in Electricity, Electronics or Mechanics.
- High level knowledge of office automation tools.
- Knowledge of communication systems, SCADA and video surveillance.
