We provide Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Management and Design services, supporting clients through the full project lifecycle. Our teams work across major EMEA data centre programmes, helping to manage programme, cost, quality, technical delivery and stakeholder coordination.
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major data centre project team based full-time in Zaragoza, Spain.
Role Overview
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting on detailed project programmes for a large-scale data centre project.
Working closely with the Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Cost and contractor teams, the role will provide clear visibility of programme performance, key milestones, critical-path activities, risks and recovery actions.
This is a site-based role in Zaragoza and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, managing multiple interfaces and challenging programme assumptions where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development and Management
- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Build integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and handover.
- Establish programme logic, sequencing, milestones, dependencies and critical-path activities.
- Coordinate programme inputs from contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams.
- Review contractor programmes for completeness, logic, duration assumptions and alignment with project requirements.
- Track progress against approved baseline programmes and identify variances.
Programme Reporting and Analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly programme reports for project leadership and client stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, critical path, float, milestones, delays, risks and recovery actions.
- Carry out schedule analysis, including critical-path analysis, look-ahead planning and delay-impact assessment.
- Develop programme dashboards, progress trackers and visual reports.
- Support earned-value and progress-measurement reporting where required.
- Maintain accurate programme records and version control.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Design Managers, Cost Managers and contractor planning teams.
- Coordinate programme interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning workstreams.
- Support planning for long-lead equipment, procurement activities, site logistics, energisation and phased handover.
- Attend project meetings, planning workshops and progress reviews.
- Challenge programme assumptions and identify opportunities to improve sequencing, efficiency and delivery certainty.
Risk, Change and Recovery Planning
- Identify programme risks, constraints and potential delays at an early stage.
- Support the development of mitigation and recovery programmes.
- Assess the programme impact of design changes, scope changes, procurement issues and construction delays.
- Maintain schedule-risk registers and support risk-management workshops.
- Assist with delay analysis, extension-of-time assessments and claims support where required.
Systems and Documentation
- Maintain schedules and supporting documentation within project controls and common-data environments.
- Ensure accurate programme updates, reporting records and document control.
- Support the continual improvement of planning and project-controls processes across Fortivum’s project portfolio.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, Planner or Project Controls Engineer on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
- Experience working on complex, fast-paced projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, energy, infrastructure or major commercial developments.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also beneficial.
- Experience developing and managing detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
- Strong understanding of critical-path methodology, programme logic, sequencing and delay analysis.
- Experience reviewing contractor programmes and coordinating programme inputs across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
- Comfortable working full-time on site in Zaragoza, Spain.
Desirable
- Data centre, mission-critical or high-tech construction experience.
- Experience working in a client-side, consultancy or owner’s-representative environment.
- Experience with schedule-risk analysis, earned value management and delay/claims support.
- Knowledge of commissioning, energisation and phased handover planning.
- Spanish language skills.

About Codeway
We build and publish mobile apps that reach millions fast.
We've built category-leading apps time and time again, with hits like Cleanup (#1 iPhone storage cleaner worldwide), Retake AI (#1 AI face editing app in the US), and Learna AI (the top AI language learning app globally), alongside 50+ other apps across productivity, EdTech, wellness, and entertainment.
Since launching in 2020 with a small team in Istanbul, we've grown into a 300+ person global team. With over 500 million downloads and a worldwide footprint, we're already one of the leading consumer tech companies, and Barcelona is our next big chapter.
Rooted in Istanbul, growing in Barcelona: We're building the people, the systems, and the culture that will drive Codeway's next phase of scale. Join us on one of the most exciting growth journeys the Barcelona tech scene will ever witness.
The role
The Codeway Brand team exists to shape how Codeway is experienced, perceived, and remembered, from someone's first touch with us to a long-term sense of belonging. It sits at the intersection of brand, culture, talent, and experience, owning the narrative, design, and experiential layer of the entire journey.
In practice, that makes us Codeway's in-house creative studio: a small, lean team owning brand identity, communications, design, and creative output for Codeway HQ and every vertical company. As Codeway scales, our job is to make sure every interaction with us feels intentional, consistent, and true to who we are.
Social is where most of the world meets that work first. As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll shape how Codeway shows up across our channels, turning what happens inside the company into content people outside it actually want to watch. Much of that connects to talent: how the right people discover Codeway, understand what it's like here, and decide they want in. You'll do it surrounded by a creative team that writes, shoots, and designs alongside you, with the brand team setting the direction. The more you make this space your own, the more it becomes yours to lead.
What you'll own
- Lead Codeway's social presence. Run LinkedIn and Instagram day to day, with TikTok opening up as we grow. You shape what goes out and keep the feed consistent, alive, and unmistakably Codeway, in the direction we set together.
- Turn the company into content. A new hire's story, a moment from the office, the launch of a career program, a role we're hiring for. Work closely with the people who run our events, culture, and employee experience, and turn what they create into content that travels.
- Make people want in. A lot of what we make exists to bring great people to Codeway. Hiring posts, recruitment campaigns, employer-brand storytelling across our channels, organic and paid. You make the kind of content that makes the right people want to be part of this.
- Drive content from idea to live. Decide what's worth making, brief and direct your copywriter, videographer, and motion designer, and keep the work moving to publish. You live mostly in concept and direction, but when something needs your hands, you get them dirty.
- Keep the conversation going. Stay on top of comments, messages, and the life of each post. Engagement is where a lot of employer brand actually happens, and you make sure we show up there too.
- Read the moment, and what worked. Stay close to what's landing right now, especially in tech, and why. Spot formats and trends early, bring them to us before they peak, and read what worked last time to sharpen what comes next.
- A feel for what travels. You understand why something works on social, not just that it did. You can sense an idea's ceiling, know how to lift it, and your taste holds up across formats, platforms, and tones.
- Project management. You keep many things moving at once and land each on time, without letting quality slip. You protect your priorities instead of drowning in them.
- A visual eye and a sharp pen. You know what makes a strong shot or frame, enough to direct a shoot and brief a designer with precision. And you write well enough to make a caption land, sharp enough to push your copywriter and be pushed back.
- Fluency with AI. You use AI tools to move faster and explore further, from generating ideas to speeding up how content gets made. You stay close to what's newly possible and put it to work.
- Drive and ownership. You hold a high bar for your own work, take direction well, and stay level when the pace picks up. You treat this space as yours, and the more you own it, the more it grows with you.
- Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
- The chance to work with a high-caliber, passionate international team building category-defining products
- Full-time contract with competitive salary
- Private health insurance
- A generous meal and transport card
- Full visa & relocation support if you’re moving to Barcelona
- Annual learning & development budget for courses, tools, or events that support your growth
- Wellness perks, including sports budget and psychological consultations.
- Free access to Codeway’s suite of apps across productivity, wellness, and education
- A top-notch office in the heart of the city
