This Position reports to:
Sales Processes and Tools Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing and establishing the global Lead to Opportunity process, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com (Trailblazer certification required) and advanced AI technologies such as Agentforce. This role is pivotal in shaping our sales process for a new standalone company, following the planned spin-off next year. You will combine ABB’s reach and expertise with the entrepreneurial challenge of building a best-in-class sales process for an independent organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Define and optimize the global Lead to Opportunity sales process, including complex scenarios, AI enhancements, and seamless integration with Salesforce.com.
- Partner with IT to implement, test, and roll out system enhancements, AI-driven tools, and digital solutions supporting lead capture, qualification, and opportunity management.
- Establish standards and controls to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient lead and opportunity data.
- Develop training, playbooks, and enablement materials, guiding global sales teams to adopt new processes and technologies.
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive process optimization using data insights and innovative technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Salesforce Trailblazer certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in front-end sales process management, lead-to-opportunity orchestration, and digital sales transformation.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce.com, including configuration, integration, and process automation.
- Exposure to AI-driven sales technologies (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein AI) and emerging innovations in sales enablement.
- Strong process design skills, with the ability to architect efficient workflows in complex, distributed environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and training skills across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Customer Support.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience defining and interpreting KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; curiosity, forward-looking mindset, and passion for digitalization and AI in sales orchestration.
