This position, Partners Manager, will be responsible for managing the existing and future business of the assigned countries, its maximization through strategic planning of relationships with the partners, guaranteeing business performance achievement of current partners and identifying new business opportunities to roll-out Almirall’s derma portfolio and pipeline in the territories under her/his responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute business and commercial strategies in collaboration with partners across assigned territories, ensuring alignment with global and regional brand plans and profitability objectives (P&L).
- Drive sustainable growth by actively monitoring local performance, market share trends, and competitive dynamics, while ensuring the right capabilities are in place at country level.
- Own full P&L accountability for partners under your scope, guaranteeing profitability and long-term success.
- Manage contractual commitments, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans and corrective actions.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, maintaining a global perspective and resolving issues to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and lead new business opportunities, driving the launch of Almirall’s dermatology portfolio and pipeline in assigned territories, supported by thorough due diligence.
- Represent Almirall at congresses and industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and exploring growth opportunities.
- Develop deep expertise in the dermatology landscape, including clinical practices, competitive environment, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and scientific societies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of key brands, supported by continuous training to ensure product mastery and effective engagement with partners and local stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences, of advantage complementary training such as MBA.
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector with a good understanding of pharma infield roles and go to market strategies.
