RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER SPAIN MADRID AREA

Antony Morato is an international fashion brand, present across 67 countries worldwide, with deep Italian roots and a bold, cosmopolitan soul, interpreting contemporary menswear for 18 years with style and personality.

Now, we’re looking for a Retail District Manager to oversee the southern area of the country.

The ideal candidate will come from a structured background in retail with advanced technical and professional skills, and will have proven experience in coordinating a network of stores.

Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the opening, supervision, and commercial coordination of the stores in their area, through the development and implementation of strategies in line with the company's mission and values, in order to achieve and guarantee the desired performances and objectives.

Responsibilities

1.   Commercial and sales supervision

• Analyze KPIs to develop the most effective commercial strategy for the assigned stores and achieve economic results.
• Budget planning, cost control, commercial and operational policy for the stores.
• Control of productivity, delivery and return programs, and compliance with company regulations.

2.   Customer Experience

• Build customer loyalty by ensuring a unique customer experience.
• Participate in defining promotional and communication strategies.

3.   People Management

• Staff coordination: training and development, acting as a brand ambassador.

What We’re Looking For

●      Proven experience as a retail professional

●      Background in high-turnover retail with a strong commercial focus, preferably in men’s fashion in the premium or entry-to-luxury segment.

●      Strong skills in commercial planning, P&L oversight, people and data management

●      Experience with store openings or strategic refurbishments is a plus

●      A true passion or strong affinity for the world of fashion

●      proficiency in both Spanish and Italian
