We are looking for a Graphic Designer specialized in Print & Packaging to join our creative team. This is a senior-level role with supervisory responsibilities.

A high level of English is essential, as both our clients, mainly European, and our internal Accounts team work exclusively in this language. You must be able to communicate fluently and confidently in English, both written and spoken, to participate effectively in meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

Additionally, this role requires traveling to our client’s office in the Netherlands approximately once a month for about one week. Because of this regular on-site collaboration, strong English communication skills are absolutely crucial.

We are seeking a designer who combines a sharp eye for detail, creative curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. Someone capable of leading visual projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The annual gross salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €33,000



Key Responsibilities


Design and develop visual materials that align with each brand’s identity, ensuring aesthetic consistency, visual impact, and international relevance.
Supervise and mentor members of the design team, maintaining high creative and production standards throughout every project stage.
Create visual assets for Retail (POS), Print, Packaging, and OOH (Out of Home) channels.
Provide strong visual direction for campaigns and key brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and values.
Research and identify emerging design and packaging trends to keep our brands visually innovative and competitive.
Bring fresh, bold ideas that challenge convention and expand creative boundaries, always staying true to the brand’s purpose.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Contribute to a positive, inspiring, and collaborative team culture built on curiosity and continuous learning.


Requirements

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience working in creative studios, agencies, or established brands, preferably within the FMCG or food sector.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in art direction, team supervision, and a solid understanding of print and packaging production processes will be highly valued.
