Role Description

As the Europe Sales Manager at Emaux Water Technology, you will spearhead sales strategies and develop key business opportunities across the European market. Your responsibilities will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying market trends, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. This full-time hybrid role is based in Barcelona, Spain, with flexibility for partial remote work. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and providing insights for market expansion initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and creating effective sales strategies for the European market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management and an ability to oversee and guide sales teams effectively
  • Understanding of the water solutions industry or related sectors is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
