We're now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join as Co-founder, helping us build and scale the operational core of this mission-driven venture.

🤝 Who we're looking for (COO / Co-founder):

• Startup-minded with a bias for action and strong ownership.
• Experience in operations, product, or service design—especially in early-stage ventures.
• Process-oriented with the ability to turn vision into execution.
• Strong leadership, people, and decision-making skills.
• Deep sensitivity to social impact, community dynamics, or alternative economies.
• Ability to work hands-on with uncertainty and iteration.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in platform marketplaces, local services, or circular economy.
• Familiarity with fundraising, incubation programs, or strategic partnerships.
• A passion for building systems that are efficient and human-centered.
