Within IESE, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center creates a positive impact through thought leadership and curated networks - supporting entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors. It includes the WeStart and WeGrow mentoring for students/alumni founders, Technology Transfer Group, International Search Funds Institute, Scaleup Institute, Open Innovation Institute, Business Angels Network, and more.

Main Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Inbox management
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Requesting internal support from other service departments (e.g., physical space / facilities)
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Writing or printing documents
  • Filing expenses and following accounting
  • Other tasks that the Center may require


Requirements:

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Secretariat or Office Manager studies
  • Proficiency English & Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to plan and anticipate needs
  • Client and service orientation
  • Attention to detail: the candidate must have the necessary characteristics and style of working related to an academic environment
  • Highly trusted
  • Understanding of IESE mission, vision, values, procedures, and history
  • Highly trusted person who works towards excellence and spirit of service
  • Comfortably working under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience (studies or work) at IESE is valued
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is valued
  • Knowledge of entrepreneurship terminology is valued

Other Requirements

  • Full-time position
  • On-site work
  • Work permit for Spain (NIE, etc.)
  • Starting date: the sooner the better
  • Ending date: to be determined
