THE ROLE

As a

Solutions Project Manager

at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market.

Role Specifics

Analyze, plan, develop, suggest, and deliver charging solutions using information from customers and salespersons.

Cost calculations and delivery time estimations for sales based on input from the engineering team.

Follow up and ensure that the solution meets customer expectations technically and in a timely manner.

Manage in conjunction with our partners the complete lifecycle of solutions delivery, from initial planning through final release to end-users, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success.

Maximize the availability and quality of information throughout the customer project lifecycle, ensuring efficient communication and execution.

Act as a primary point of contact for customers and partners, managing their technical and communication needs, and ensuring a positive and productive relationship.

The preferred location for this position is Madrid, although candidates based anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula will be considered.

Frequent travel is required for this role.

What Helps You Succeed In This Role

Background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Demonstrated strong experience in similar roles, PMP certification would be highly valued

A strong understanding of electrical theory, codes (NEC, local regulations), equipment (switchgear, transformers, wiring, etc.), and installation practices

Experience on reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications

Familiarity with design software (CAD), project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.), and estimation software

Understanding general construction practices and how electrical work integrates with other trades

Ability to develop detailed project plans, define scope, create schedules, and track progress.

This includes using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative approach and strong stakeholder communication skills

English is our official company language, so strong proficiency is required.

Spanish is also required (written and spoken), and Portuguese is considered a strong plus.
