Levenhuk is an international manufacturer of optical equipment including microscopes, telescopes, binoculars and measurement tools. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Prague, the company operates multiple sales branches across Europe, with products sold in more than 40 countries.
About the Role
Spain is one of Levenhuk's established markets in Europe, where the company has been successfully operating for many years through a network of dealers, distributors and retail partners.
We are looking for a Commercial Manager Spain who will be responsible for maintaining and developing our existing business while actively identifying and acquiring new partners across the Spanish market.
This is an office-based sales role in Madrid, where you will join Levenhuk's local team. The position combines account management, business development and market expansion activities.
You will work closely with colleagues in Madrid, the Prague headquarters and across Europe while taking full ownership of the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with existing Spanish dealers, distributors and key accounts.
• Identify and acquire new business partners across Spain.
• Conduct regular sales activities including calls, online meetings and commercial negotiations.
• Develop annual growth plans for existing customers.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and market updates.
• Cooperate closely with the Madrid team and Prague-based operations, logistics and commercial teams.
• Occasionally visit key customers to support business development initiatives, strategic projects and relationship building.
Who We're Looking For
• Native or fluent Spanish is an absolute must.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain.
