Our Wholesale Marketing department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

About your role:

• Be the main point of contact for sample fulfillment for all Wholesale Marketing shoot requests
• Liaise with our showroom team to arrange all the samples shipping for shoot requests from partners and keep daily track of shipments
• Provide help with the sample ordering process for the Marketing dept
• Handle shipments of seasonal marketing assets to partners and share relevant brand content each season
• Monitor all editorial content that is diffused by Wholesale partners throughout their channels, ensuring consistent brand image
• Support the on-going reporting of activity across all Wholesale POS, helping analyze the effectiveness of campaigns with partners
• Assist the Wholesale Marketing dept in all their tasks where necessary

Internships at LOEWE:

• You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
• Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9-18.30 Mondays to Thursdays and 9-15 on Fridays
• You’ll receive study support to the value of €800/900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy

About you:

• You have to be currently enrolled in studies related to Fashion or similar.
• Have an eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile and commercial environment
• Problem solver and creatively minded, with the ability to think outside the box
• High level of Spanish & English is mandatory
• Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs
