• Collaborate closely with team leaders, quality analysts, and trust and safety specialists to refine moderation workflows and uphold platform integrity
• Stay continuously updated on evolving social media trends, platform policy changes, and emerging content risks within Spanish-speaking online communities
• Document moderation decisions accurately in internal tracking systems, contributing to data-driven reporting and performance analysis
• Participate actively in regular training sessions, calibration exercises, and team briefings to maintain the highest standard of content moderation excellence
  
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role
• Valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, and online community culture is highly desirable
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to make confident, well-reasoned decisions under pressure in a fast-moving social media environment
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to process and assess high volumes of content consistently and accurately
• Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a related field within the digital or social media industry is an advantage, though not strictly required
