Your mission will be to act as the sole in-house legal counsel, providing end-to-end legal support across the business and coordinating with external advisors where required. The successful candidate will take a pragmatic, business-oriented approach, ensuring legal compliance while enabling commercial objectives.

Reporting directly to VP of finance, your main responsibilities will include, among others:

• Acting as the primary internal legal point of contact for all legal matters across the business;
• Managing and drafting a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts, including agreements with clients, suppliers and partners;
• Advising on corporate governance, corporate law matters and day-to-day legal queries from internal stakeholders;
• Leading compliance matters, including data protection and regulatory topics, in coordination with external advisors where necessary;
• Taking ownership of employment law matters across different jurisdictions, managing external employment counsel and supporting HR and management on labour-related issues;
• Coordinating legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Spain and France, and exposure to the UK and Poland;
• Monitoring legal risks and proposing practical solutions aligned with business needs;
• Supporting international projects and occasional cross-border initiatives, including limited travel to other European locations when required.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

What experience and background are we looking for?

• Law degree;
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, with flexibility for more senior profiles if the fit is right;
• Solid background in corporate and commercial law, contracts and general legal advisory, gained either in-house or in top-tier law firms;
• Experience advising on matters related to new technologies, compliance and data protection;
• Exposure to employment law matters, with the willingness to take ownership of these topics supported by external counsel (not mandatory experience);
• Hands-on experience in Spain and France is essential; experience in the UK and/or Poland will be considered a plus;
• High level of English is required; Spanish and/or French will be highly valued.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment;
• High level of ownership, reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

• Competitive base salary range of €85,000 - €100,000, depending on experience;
