We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager with some years of experience, to join our Project team working on the following products: Conversational AI, Bots, Service automation and other innovative initiatives.
The service to be delivered will consist in the following tasks:

The service to be delivered will consist in the following tasks:
- Define and manage the project scope (content, cost, planning) within the constraints of cost, time and functional perimeter
- Identify the appropriated resources
- Select, propose and deploy the most appropriate solutions in the panel of services offered by the Group
- Establish, ensure and facilitate the governance of projects: building and managing steering committees / Project Committees / Working groups;
- Control complex projects deployment and implementation of applications from project inception phase through implementation into production
- Ensure management of the different stakeholders
- Coordinate the activities of project teams (internal resources and external), shared services and global
- Identify / monitor / manage risks and mitigation plan along the project lifecycle
- Manage interdependencies between streams
- Responsible for the delivery quality of the deployed solutions and the handover to operations teams
- Responsible for project governance / buy-in and communication around the project
- Ensure alignment on initiatives within the PMO organization
- Conduct lessons learned after project delivery
- Align with the methodologies used by the group IT project partners (Agile, DevOps...) in line with the architectural and safety standards
Requirements
- Junior PM with some relevant experiences
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Budget management
- Focused/experience in IT delivery
- In-depth knowledge of latest technologies (AI, Service Automation)
- Excellent English level
- Spanish fluent (desired)
- Planning/Risk management/stakeholder management
- Classic waterfall and Agile methodologies
