About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium-complexity IT projects from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Direct external project teams, maintaining control over progress, quality, and budget.
- Facilitate all project meetings and manage records of actions, decisions, risks, and escalations.
- Oversee smooth transitions to operations and coordinate all release-related activities.
- Monitor execution, manage scope, and ensure effective governance and risk control.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and project management standards.
- Collaborate across teams and suppliers to drive successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional project teams.
- Strong background in managing project budgets and financial planning.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Expertise in project risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Skilled in change management and decision-making under pressure.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a global pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
