Graduate Intern - Solution Business Associate

The Opportunity

As Solution Business Associate Intern, you will be able to contribute to both the development and commercialization of integrated solutions. Your main area of responsibility will be the application of AI technologies and the development of tailored tools to bring the development and commercialization of solutions to the next level. Some of the responsibilities would be:

• Actively participate in the ideation, analysis, and evaluation of solutions within the team's scope
• Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance solution management by leveraging AI tools for diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., solution teams, affiliate members, or the broader organization)
• Conduct preliminary research in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to explore the potential of AI tools in specific contexts and assess their value creation
• Contextualize potential value creation, define and frame relevant opportunities (unmanaged backlog), and support the prioritization of selected opportunities (prioritized backlog)
• Exemplary opportunities - tentative:
• "AI-based Solution Selling Playbook" for affiliates to support effective selling of complex solutions in their sales journey and improve customer conversations
• “AI-based Expert for Product Life Cycle & Solution Configuration Management” to assist in the configuration & interoperability of different solutions and support teams in planning, deployment, and service
• Design, develop, and implement AI tools to support prioritized projects
• Create and maintain an update framework for the AI engine to ensure its continued relevance and accuracy by enabling seamless retraining with new or updated training data
  
  

How would your day to day look like?

As Solution Business Associate Intern in the Business Solution Management team, you'll work closely with our team members (Business Solution Managers and Technical Solution Managers) as well as cross-functional partners from across the organization. This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including product managers, marketing leads, definition teams, engineering teams, and subject matter experts.

Your day-to-day will be dynamic and diverse, involving tasks such as gathering inputs and requirements, scoping and framing projects, planning, development, testing, and piloting AI solutions. You'll also gain hands-on experience in areas like technical and business solution management, navigating various information sources, addressing complex challenges, and effectively communicating insights.

Who Are You?

• Recent graduates with a University degree in Digital and Information Technology or related fields
• You are comfortable taking ownership of complex technical projects, driving them forward in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Your ability to navigate organizational complexity and collaborate effectively is supported by a structured, results-oriented approach to work
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots and conceptualize the bigger picture
• Capable of architecting and applying AI technologies across diverse contexts and use cases
• Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Proactive self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and contribute; collaborative team player
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
