Located on 'Avinguda Tibidabo', our third House in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, plus two floors of club space with a revolving restaurant concept.

The Role…

The Spa Receptionist at Soho House is responsible for deliver an excellence service in a wellbeing environment. Focused on the attention to detail and with excellent interpersonal skills. Offering a disconnection from the city to immerse in a relaxing environment.

Main Duties…

Welcoming members and guests.

Controlling members and guests check-ins.

Managing the treatments agenda.

Taking calls and answering emails.

Organizing, and selling our retail products.

Maintaining the standard of excellence in terms of visual presentation.

Make coffee, smoothies, and drinks.

Maintain the gym.

Manage cash registers and payments.

What we are looking for...

Previous experience in a spa and/or gym is highly valued.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external).

Strong attention to details.

Excellent customer service.

Fluent in English, and Spanish.

Organised and reliable.
