We serve educators, mental health professionals, parents, and changemakers who believe in the power of emotional awareness to foster healthier relationships, resilient communities, and inclusive learning environments. Our work bridges psychology, design, and education to create accessible resources that support emotional development across all ages.
At the heart of TEG-Blue™ is a belief in co-creation, empathy, and radical transparency. We value collaboration, curiosity, and the courage to feel deeply. Whether through workshops, digital content, or grassroots partnerships, we aim to make emotional intelligence a shared language for personal and collective growth.

Do you want to help change the way the world understands emotions?
TEG-Blue™ is building emotional technology — a new, human-centered framework that can reshape education, healing, and even AI. What began as a solo survival project is now ready to grow into a collaborative initiative.
About TEG-Blue
- An open-access framework weaving together insights from 30+ peer-reviewed models in trauma, neuroscience, and systems thinking
- Visual “Emotional Gradient” tools, field guides, and AI-ready datasets shared under CC BY-NC-SA
- Pilots in preparation with applications in education, therapy, organizational design, and digital mental health
Right now, TEG-Blue is a solo project. With your help, it can become collaborative and sustainable. As the Funding & Partnerships Catalyst, you will
- Research and prepare grant proposals to secure initial funding
- Build and nurture relationships with universities, NGOs, and health-tech platforms
- Support the launch of pilot projects in 2025
- Help track progress and share impact with allies and funders
- Someone motivated to bring new funding streams into a project that is just beginning to grow
- Clear writing and communication skills (grantwriting or fundraising experience is helpful, but not required if you’re motivated to learn)
- A genuine interest in emotional safety, trauma-informed care, or ethical approaches to human–AI collaboration
- Reliability and follow-through — able to track deadlines and commitments with care
- (Bonus) Familiarity with therapy, accountability practices, or personal healing work
- A chance to help shape an early-stage initiative with the potential for global impact
- Co-author credit on research papers and public reports
- Remote flexibility and a voice in our advisory circle
- The opportunity to grow with the project — with a pathway to a paid role as funding is secured
- A role for someone who doesn’t just want a “job,” but wants to help build something that could change how we understand and care for each other
~10 hrs/week for the first months while we search for funding. This is a volunteer role for now. As soon as resources are in place, the role will transition into a paid position, with hours and responsibilities redefined together.
