As The Stoke Brands Co continues to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support our dynamic finance team. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of all accounting operations across our subsidiaries—Stoke Travel Co, Stoke Threads Co, and Yes-Trip. 

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within an organization that’s scaling fast. You’ll be hands-on with the numbers, supporting key financial processes that drive strategic decision-making.

YOU WILL...

• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Help prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Liaise with customers, agents, and vendors to resolve billing issues
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
• Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller and broader management team
• Help manage relationships with external financial advisers and auditors
• Contribute to improving financial processes and controls
• Support with office administrative tasks related to finance, including utilities and billing management
• If interested and available, there may be opportunities to take on on-site accounting responsibilities at festivals, depending on workload and logistics.
