We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to take charge of one of our agency’s most important clients. This is a mono-portfolio role, meaning you’ll be fully focused on a single client, acting as their trusted partner and ensuring smooth delivery of their editorial projects.
We’re especially looking for someone highly organized, proactive in anticipating client needs, and eager to turn challenges into opportunities, building stronger relationships every day.
Key responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for the client, developing a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively offering solutions and improvements.
Coordinate and manage an international team of freelance and in-house editors, writers, translators and content creators.
Oversee editorial workflows, from content planning and creation to quality control and delivery.
Ensure deadlines, budgets and quality standards are consistently met.
Provide clear, concise briefs and feedback to the team to align with client expectations.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows, in coordination with the Head of Project Management.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; a high level of Spanish is preferred.
Based in Madrid, Spain.
Proven experience in project management within editorial, content marketing, journalism or digital media (agency or in-house).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience managing freelancers or editorial teams.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, able to anticipate client needs.
Strong writing and editing skills in English are a plus.
