THE TECHNICAL TEAM
The team aims to stay agile despite its growth. We make sure that everybody can work on projects that get their interest, even if it requires training to jump on new technologies.
We have well-defined process and methodology, based on Extreme Programming, to ensure that requirements are realistic and that deadlines can reasonably be met.

We are building a chatbot as an overlay of chatgpt on any topic with the [Red.es](http://red.es/) Spanish grant project. We will deliver a chatFAQ product that will allow anyone with existing FAQ contents to turn it into chatGPT-like experiences. A verticalized NLP/NGP engine combined with a chat widget frontend, trained for your knowledge source. As a bonus it will all be based on open-source technologies to avoid vendor lock-in and extra third-party license costs

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Open-Source Generative AI Assistant Evangelist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant and engaged community around the software. Your primary focus will be on managing community interactions on platforms such as GitHub, Discord, web demos, and plug-and-play chatbot forums. You will also act as an evangelist for the software, from the ChatGPT world, promoting its features, benefits, and use cases to drive adoption within the community and beyond.

- Community Building: Build and grow a strong and inclusive community around the open-source software by fostering collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing, and organizing community events. Identify and engage with key influencers, contributors, and stakeholders to strengthen the community ecosystem.
-Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community through various online platforms such as GitHub, Discord, web demos, and plug-and-play chatbot forums. Respond to inquiries, address technical issues, provide guidance, and facilitate discussions to foster a positive and collaborative community environment.
-Communication and Content Creation: Develop and maintain regular communication in channels with the community, including newsletters, blogs, social media updates, and other relevant contents. Create documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to help community members.
- Provide technical support to community members by troubleshooting issues, sharing best practices, and offering solutions
- And other tasks: Documentation, content creation, website development, UX, user experience…

THE EXPERIENCE
4+ years of experience
- Strong technical skills, with experience in open-source software development, GitHub, and other relevant platforms. You should be capable on installing the product and helping troubleshooting it, which requires shell and python knowledge and strong understanding of NLP/NLG technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. English is mandatory.
- Experience in community management, with a proven track record of building and nurturing online tech communities.
- Experience with open-source software and a deep understanding of the principles and values that drive the open-source community.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

THE PROCESS
Our selection process includes a technical test where you will be able to show what you can do and that will challenge your skills a bit, but with fun.

Once you pass the test, you will be guaranteed your ticket to interviews with the Technical Director and the General Manager. You will then receive a formal proposal and, hopefully, the hiring and welcome party!

The whole process usually takes less than a week.
