¿A quién buscamos?

Estamos buscando a un/a Scrum Master que nos ayude a optimizar la colaboración entre Producto e IT, mejorar la eficiencia operativa de los equipos de desarrollo y asegurar la correcta aplicación de las buenas prácticas ágiles en toda la organización. En este rol, serás responsable de liderar y facilitar las dinámicas ágiles del día a día, asegurando que cada equipo mantenga el foco, la alineación y la mejora continua.

El/La candidato/a ideal tendrá una marcada orientación a la mejora continua, experiencia demostrada implementando prácticas Scrum en entornos con múltiples equipos, y destacadas habilidades para la organización, la coordinación de equipos ágiles y la comunicación transversal.

¿Tu rol?

• Liderar y estructurar las dinámicas ágiles del día a día, como planificaciones, retrospectivas, dailies, demos y kick-offs para garantizar foco, alineación y mejora continua.
• Colaboración activa con Producto para mantener un backlog priorizado, claro y actualizado.
• Asegurar que todo el trabajo esté correctamente registrado dentro del Sprint, con estimaciones claras y trazabilidad de avances.
• Monitorear el estado de los sprints y el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas, promoviendo consistencia entre equipos y evitando tareas fuera de proceso.
• Detectar y analizar patrones de rendimiento para impulsar mejoras concretas en la forma de trabajo.
• Fomentar una comunicación fluida y eficiente entre los equipos de Producto e IT, actuando como puente y catalizador de colaboración.

Eres la persona que buscamos, sí aportas:

• Experiencia de al menos 5 años como Scrum Master en entornos con múltiples equipos.
• Conocimiento profundo de marcos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) y buenas prácticas de desarrollo de producto.
• Capacidad para estructurar y organizar equipos desde la operación diaria hasta la visión estratégica.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y resolución de conflictos.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión como Azure Devops, Notion u otras similares.
• Nivel alto de autonomía, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
• Se valora disponer de Certificaciones en Scrum (CSM, PSM) o Agile Coaching.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that the Scrum framework is understood and implemented correctly by the Scrum Team, including organizing and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

The SAP Agile Coach & Product Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for all iShift Pod (Agile Product Team). (S)He helps educate the Pod in Scrum and Agile at scale practices, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. The program is a strategic initiative aiming at harmonizing & simplifying ERP related business processes through the implementation of SAP latest technology (S/4 HANA).

Target Harmonization Level Is 80/18/2

The program objective is to also increase adherence to standard practices, in order to accelerate digitalization (ERP is digital backbone), reduce process & system complexity. The iShift Product Scrum Master & Agile Coach will be the owner of the Agile methodology for the iShift program and be the iShift Agile coach. He will also be accountable for leading the iShift Program Increment for core features and business value projects and he will support the Agile practice for deployment teams.

• Owns the methodology continuous improvement; establishes and refines processes that work for the team
• Makes sure the supporting tools like Jira and Confluence are setup to help the teams and are aligned with methodology evolution
• Keeps the methodology documentation up to date including program newcomer onboarding and roll-out kits
• Organizes training sessions to promote and master agility practices
