Main challenge
You will join Gameloft for Brands, the division dedicated to in-game advertising and gamification solutions.
Your mission will be to lead the creative vision and artistic direction of rich media formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich banners) within COMBO! The Gaming Media Network.
What it means on a daily basis :
Define and champion the creative and artistic vision of interactive formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich media).
Design, produce, or supervise high-quality mockups, prototypes, storyboards, motion assets, and visual deliverables.
Turn brand and agency briefs into innovative and engaging creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
Manage and mentor a diverse team of creative talents (designers, motion artists, illustrators, HTML5 developers) while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Conditional Appointment
Please be advised that an appointment is contingent upon budget and enrollment considerations and subject to order of assignment provisions in the collective bargaining agreement between California State University and California Faculty Association. These provisions state the “Order of Work,” or the order in which available courses must be assigned to faculty, starting with tenure line faculty and ending with new lecturer appointees.
Appointees will be required to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States (Fresno State is not a sponsoring agency for Temporary Faculty positions).
Compensation - Commensurate by qualifications and experience within salary range placement. The salary ranges are established by the CSU Salary Schedule (Class Code = 2358 for Academic Year Lecturers).
The salary range for Temporary Faculty with a Master's degree is $5,507-6,677 per a month when teaching full time (15 WTUs). Starting salaries are usually at or near the minimum of the range. Actual monthly salary will be adjusted based on the number of WTUs assigned per an academic term.
Anticipated Semester
The temporary faculty pool is continuously open, and positions are filled as needed, based on student enrollment and funding. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the Department. Appointments from the pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term. Applicants may need to be available to begin teaching on short notice. The pool will remain in place for two academic terms; those interested in remaining in the pool beyond that time must reapply.
- Fall 2026: August 19, 2026 – December 22, 2026;
- Spring 2027: January 15, 2027 – May 26, 2027
Education (from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent.): A PhD or MFA in media, communication and journalism or similar with an emphasis in film/media arts.
Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- A commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, which may be exhibited through prior teaching experiences and teaching evaluations or other evidence.
- Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level.

Buscamos un Social Media Manager que sea al mismo tiempo estratega, planificador y community manager. Alguien que entiende qué hay que publicar, cuándo, en qué formato y por qué — y que sabe medir si está funcionando.

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO
La misión del Social Media Manager de XPecado debe ser la de erigirse en el generador de la cultura digital (y física) de la marca, siendo capaz de pensar y ejecutar acciones realmente innovadoras, y crear contenidos muy originales que encajen a la perfección con la marca XPecado, generando impacto, alta interacción y viralidad entre la comunidad.
FUNCIONES
● Gestión total de los perfiles de XPecado en Instagram y Tik Tok.
● Producción de contenidos con presencia o sin presencia en pantalla.
● Producción de contenidos en exteriores como retos, reportajes, encuestas, eventos, grabación en locales y alrededores etc.
● Subida de vídeos a las redes sociales del canal aplicando tagging, copy, hashtag, etc.
● Interacción con la comunidad Sinner a través de comentarios y DMs, así como resolución de problemas de quejas o sugerencias.
● Investigar tendencias y temas relevantes como influencers, noticias de impacto…
● Colaboración en equipo para la gestión y dinamización de las acciones con influencers.
● Coordinación de campañas de producto o aperturas con el equipo de diseño y Ads y con el Director de Marketing para campañas y eventos especiales.
● Planificación de contenidos con anticipación y con máximo detalle.
● Reporte de métricas clave con informes visuales y claros a Dirección de marketing.
REQUISITOS
● Experiencia Profesional: mínimo 4 años de experiencia similar.
● Idiomas/Nivel: Inglés intermedio (B1-B2).
Conocimientos específicos:
● Nivel muy avanzado de las redes sociales Instagram y Tik Tok, conocimiento alto tendencias y estrategias en cada red, dominio del área influencer marketing (negociación, contenidos colaborativos, control de métricas).
● Nivel alto en edición gráfica de imágenes y video. Alta capacitación profesional de programas técnicos como: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. Experiencia con herramientas de audio como ElevenLabs. Valorable: After Effects y herramientas IA como Sora, Veo o Kling
● Experiencia previa en creación de contenido enfocado a B2C. Valorable si es sector restauración o retail.
● Dominio de plan de trabajo con Trello o similares.
● Excelente redacción y ortografía.
● Capacidad para comunicar delante de una cámara

We’re hiring a Content Director to build and scale the personal brand of our founder, Viktor Moller, and the brand presence of VIKST Marketing.
❌ This is not just a videographer role!

This is for someone who understands marketing, psychology, and attention at a deep level - and can turn that into content that drives authority, inbound leads, and business growth 🚀
You will own the entire content/branding strategy.
From ideation to scripting, filming, editing, and distribution.
For the past 5 years, we’ve scaled some of the fastest growing eCom brands in our niche, but we’ve never made this very known. We want to change that, and start sharing our strategies to potential clients!
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for building both Viktor’s (@viktorr) personal brand and VIKST’s brand across Instagram and YouTube.
This includes:
- Developing content strategies that position us as leaders in eCommerce growth, paid social, CRO and creative strategy
- Scripting high-performing short-form and long-form video content
- Filming content in Spain and during travel in Dubai
- Editing fast-paced content optimised for attention and retention
- Owning the full content pipeline: idea -> script -> shoot -> edit -> publish
- Staying on top of trends, formats, and what’s currently working
- Coming up with new concepts and initiatives
- Building lead magnets and content funnels from the content produced
- Working closely with Viktor to align on messaging, positioning, and brand direction
- Helping evolve VIKST’s overall marketing, not just content
You’re someone who:
- Lives and breathes content, branding, marketing, and psychology
- Knows what’s trending, what’s working, and why
- Can script content that actually performs
- Is confident behind the camera and directing others
- Takes full ownership and pushes things forward without needing constant direction
- Is willing to go all-in and build something long-term
Requirements:
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Marbella, Spain
- Willing to travel (including trips to Dubai)
- Full-time availability
- Strong experience in doing content
- Fluent in English

Department Overview [Department website]
The Communication program at Fresno State presents a balance of humanistic and scientific instruction including communication skills people need to function effectively in teaching, business, law, the communication professions, public service, politics and management. Students have an opportunity to explore the full range of human communication.

- Introduction to Public Communication, Group Communication, and Persuasion
- or other classes that may be identified as needed to fulfill educational goals of current students
Conditional Appointment
Please be advised that an appointment is contingent upon budget and enrollment considerations and subject to order of assignment provisions in the collective bargaining agreement between California State University and California Faculty Association. These provisions state the “Order of Work,” or the order in which available courses must be assigned to faculty, starting with tenure line faculty and ending with new lecturer appointees.
Appointees will be required to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States (Fresno State is not a sponsoring agency for Temporary Faculty positions).
Compensation - Commensurate by qualifications and experience within salary range placement. The salary ranges are established by the CSU Salary Schedule (Class Code = 2358 for Academic Year Lecturers).
The salary range for Temporary Faculty with a Master's degree is $5,507-6,677 per a month when teaching full time (15 WTUs). Starting salaries are usually at or near the minimum of the range. Actual monthly salary will be adjusted based on the number of WTUs assigned per an academic term.
Anticipated Semester
The temporary faculty pool is continuously open, and positions are filled as needed, based on student enrollment and funding. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the Department. Appointments from the pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term. Applicants may need to be available to begin teaching on short notice. The pool will remain in place for two academic terms; those interested in remaining in the pool beyond that time must reapply.
- Fall 2026: August 19, 2026 – December 22, 2026;
- Spring 2027: January 15, 2027 – May 26, 2027
Education (from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent.): A Master's degree in Communication or closely related field.
Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- A commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, which may be exhibited through prior teaching experiences and teaching evaluations or other evidence.
- Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
