Buscamos perfiles interesados en participar en nuestra oportunidad de Prácticas de Social Media en Madrid, que dará apoyo al departamento de Marketing y Comunicación en la gestión diaria de redes sociales y acciones con influencers.
¿Qué responsabilidades tendrá el perfil?
- Apoyo en la creación y planificación del calendario de contenidos mensuales de clientes/SOMOS.
- Redacción de copies adaptados a cada red social (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Búsqueda y propuesta de ideas creativas alineadas con la estrategia de marca.
- Apoyo en la gestión de influencers (búsqueda, contacto, seguimiento de entregables, control de timings y validaciones).
- Coordinación básica de envíos de producto para campañas.
- Apoyo en la grabación y edición básica de contenido (Reels, TikToks, stories, etc.).
- Seguimiento de tendencias en redes sociales y análisis de la competencia.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes básicos de métricas y resultados.
¿Qué requisitos deberá tener el perfil?
- Grado/Master en curso o recién finalizado en: Marketing, Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación, Periodismo, ADE (con especialización en Marketing), Diseño digital o similares.
- Interés real por el mundo de las redes sociales.
- Conocimiento y uso habitual de Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube.
- Buena redacción y ortografía.
- Perfil creativo, proactivo y con iniciativa.
- Organización y capacidad de gestión de tiempos.
- Conocimientos básicos de herramientas como Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Meta Business Suite o similares.
- Se valorará experiencia previa (aunque sea personal o académica) gestionando redes sociales.

Como Community Manager en Diario SPORT, te encargarás de planificar y publicar contenidos en redes sociales y de gestionar la relación con nuestra comunidad digital. Trabajarás en coordinación con redacción y equipos internos para dar soporte a la actualidad deportiva, especialmente en momentos de alta intensidad informativa, y realizarás seguimiento del rendimiento del contenido para introducir mejoras.
Funciones
- Gestión diaria de redes sociales (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube y Facebook, según necesidades).
- Programación y publicación de contenidos, asegurando coherencia con el tono y estilo de SPORT.
- Apoyo a coberturas en directo y actualidad deportiva (partidos, mercado, breaking) en coordinación con redacción y vídeo.
- Moderación y dinamización de la comunidad: respuesta a comentarios/mensajes, detección de temas sensibles y escalado interno cuando sea necesario.
- Seguimiento del rendimiento de publicaciones y propuesta de ajustes de enfoque (copies, titulares, horarios, formatos, priorización de temas) para mejorar resultados.
- Coordinación con marketing y otros equipos para campañas, especiales y activaciones.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en gestión de redes sociales y comunidades online (se valorará experiencia en medios, deporte o entretenimiento).
- Conocimiento de dinámicas y formatos por plataforma (IG/TikTok/X/YouTube).
- Capacidad para trabajar con ritmo alto, actualidad constante y turnos rotativos.
- Conocimientos de análisis y métricas aplicadas (interpretación de insights y acciones de mejora).
- Buen criterio editorial, comunicación clara y trabajo en equipo.
- Se valorará manejo básico de herramientas de edición de vídeo (Premiere/CapCut) y nociones de diseño.
Lo que ofrecemos

- 1 día de teletrabajo por semana (modalidad híbrida desde L’Hospitalet de Llobregat).
