This role focuses on using artificial intelligence to improve how digital content is created and delivered. The specialist will work with AI tools to automate content production and manage requests from different regions, mainly Europe and Asia-Pacific, with a focus on the Animal Health business.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve AI models for content creation (websites, emails, banners)
- Manage the technical production of digital assets and coordinate with external vendors
- Integrate systems used for content planning, review (MLR), asset management, and omnichannel distribution
- Handle content production requests from EU and APAC regions
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and stakeholder communication across markets
- AI & Machine Learning Expertise:
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agent-based AI frameworks
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and the full AI model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
- Familiarity with multimodal AI models for text, image, and video content
- Cloud & DevOps Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Rekognition)
- Experience with Azure AI tools and hybrid cloud environments
- Proficiency in MLOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines

- Pharma & Content Domain Knowledge:

- Mine our content library (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) to extract the most valuable insights and turn them into powerful social media content.
- Create short-form, high-impact pieces for Twitter/X, to capture traction, then repurpose them into Instagram Reels (eye catching hook video editing), carousels (creative design), and quote visuals.
- Extend this content to LinkedIn by ghostwriting posts for David Laroche that stay on-brand and spark conversation
- Maintain a killer editorial calendar (using Metricool) aligned with overarching content objectives.

About The Role
Dow Jones Risk & Compliance is a global provider of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance solutions. We deliver data, research tools and services to help our clients meet anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and economic sanctions regulations and mitigate third-party risk.
You will join a team of multilingual experts who research, record and update details on companies with adverse media in countries around the world for the Adverse Media Entities (AME) content set within Dow Jones Risk & Compliance. You will report to the Manager, Adverse Media Entities. You will be based in Barcelona.
You Will
- Create and update profiles of companies with adverse media (Adverse Media Entities - AME) by continually monitoring and analysing relevant publicly available sources including corporate registries, government websites and data on Dow Jones owned products
- Research and extract relevant data adhering to guidelines on AME selection, data coverage and accuracy standards
- Ensure that profiles are complete, accurate and up-to-date
- Respond in writing to clients' questions about AME content
- Write due diligence reports on companies and/or individuals as required and contribute to other projects
- Support R&C with translation services as and when required

Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end content creation engine for David Laroche and Paradox’s social media. Your work will shape the voice of a strong brand poised for massive scale.
🎯 Your main goal as high-performance Social Media Content Creator will be to take the raw gold in our video vault, innovating and turning it into viral magic.
Here are your 2 responsibilities :
1 | TRANSFORM LONG-FORM CONTENT INTO VIRAL GOLD
- Mine our content library (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) to extract the most valuable insights and turn them into powerful social media content.
- Create short-form, high-impact pieces for Twitter/X, to capture traction, then repurpose them into Instagram Reels (eye catching hook video editing), carousels (creative design), and quote visuals.
- Extend this content to LinkedIn by ghostwriting posts for David Laroche that stay on-brand and spark conversation
- Maintain a killer editorial calendar (using Metricool) aligned with overarching content objectives.
- Test, iterate, and evolve: design smart systems to spot what works—and double down fast
- Monitor content performance like a hawk: engagement, reach, clicks, shares
- Extract actionable insights to guide content decisions and systemize what works in the form of processes
- Test variations in hooks, visuals, editing, tone—optimize relentlessly
- Document and systematize your learnings into scalable frameworks
This role is not for the casual content scroller. It’s for creators who see craftsmanship in storytelling, opportunity in data, and brand-building as a lifelong game.
Must-Haves:
- A proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Ability to identify high-leverage content from long-form sources (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) and repurpose it into engaging short-form formats for social platforms.
