Funciones principales
- Acompañamientos e intervenciones como parte de los itinerarios individualizados de atención que fortalezcan la recuperación y autonomía de las mujeres.
- Seguimiento de expedientes (fechas objetivos, documentación, etc.…).
- Elaboración de informes.
- Acompañamiento en área jurídica con despacho Madrid.

🔍 Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a talentoso/a Paid Media Specialist con al menos 2 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Barcelona.
🚀 Desafíos del puesto:
- Crear estrategias multicanal que ayuden a alcanzar los objetivos del cliente en todas las fases del funnel.
- Identificar y comprender las necesidad del cliente.
- Optimizar y mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- Diseñar audiencias y seleccionar los formatos de anuncio adecuados en cada plataforma para asegurar el éxito de las campañas.
- Crear planes estrategias de conversión con Partners como Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, entre otros.
- Analizar los datos y generar informes que permitan hacer recomendaciones de mejora a los clientes.
- Mantenerse al día con las últimas novedades de las principales plataformas de Social gracias a la relación con nuestros Partners.
- Tener experiencia en la gestión de plataformas.
- Conoces en profundidad el ecosistema de las redes sociales.
- Has gestionado campañas de Paid Media en plataformas de Social Ads como Facebook, Instagram, TikTok o Pinterest (otras plataformas globales y/o locales son un plus).
- Tienes conocimientos de publicidad digital y te apasionan las nuevas tecnologías, los avances en plataformas y técnicas de desarrollo.
- Tienes una mentalidad analítica y disfrutas trabajando con datos.
- Eres estratégicx y te orientas a objetivos.
