Nuestro cliente busca incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Transporte para su centro de trabajo en Banyoles (Girona). La persona seleccionada se integrará en el departamento de tráfico, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con un equipo ya consolidado, y tendrá un rol clave en la coordinación operativa de rutas, la comunicación con clientes —principalmente del mercado francés— y el seguimiento diario del servicio.
Se trata de una posición ideal tanto para perfiles junior con alta motivación y buen nivel de francés, como para profesionales con algo más de experiencia que deseen consolidarse en el sector del transporte internacional.
Responsabilidades principales
- Coordinación y gestión de rutas de la flota, optimizando recorridos y recursos.
- Seguimiento del servicio y gestión de incidencias operativas.
- Comunicación diaria con clientes, mayoritariamente francófonos, para el seguimiento del servicio.
- Trato constante con conductores para la coordinación de rutas y resolución de imprevistos.
- Apoyo en la fidelización de clientes actuales y en la expansión del mercado francés.
- Colaboración con el equipo del departamento de tráfico para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Requisitos
- Idiomas imprescindibles: catalán, español y francés hablado y escrito de forma fluida.

Descripción del puesto En el puesto de Programador de CNC, desarrollarás e implementarás programas para máquinas CNC, garantizando la precisión en los procesos de mecanizado. Requisitos
- Habilidades en la interpretación de dibujos técnicos.
- Conocimiento en programación CNC y en operaciones de mecanizado y fresado.

- Se valorará la capacidad para trabajar en equipo, atención al detalle y un enfoque orientado a la calidad.

Responsabilidades
- Operar máquinas de mecanizado por control numérico para fabricar piezas metálicas precisas según los planos y especificaciones proporcionados.
- Inspeccionar y medir las piezas producidas para asegurar la calidad y cumplir con los estándares de la empresa.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las máquinas y herramientas de mecanizado para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y prolongar su vida útil.
- Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos para coordinar la producción y garantizar que los plazos de entrega se cumplan de manera eficiente.
- Capacidad de programar y modificar parámetros en los controles CNC.
