Buena Vista All Stars is a globally touring music project with an active international fanbase. We are hiring a Community Manager to handle daily fan engagement and publishing support during releases, tours, and campaigns.
This is an execution-focused role. Strategy, content planning, and creative direction are handled by the internal marketing team.

Responsibilities
Community Engagement (Core)
- Respond daily to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions
- Maintain a respectful, warm, professional brand voice
- Monitor sentiment and flag important messages or issues
- Engage during releases, premieres, and tour days
Posting & Publishing Support
- Publish scheduled content under direction of Social Media Manager
- Assist with captions, tags, hashtags, links, and accuracy checks
- Update bios, highlights, pinned posts when instructed
- Repost fan reactions, Stories, and UGC
UGC & Fan Content
- Collect screenshots, comments, videos, and fan reactions
- Organize UGC in shared Drive folders
- Share weekly community insights (questions, trends, reactions)
Workflow & Admin
- Work with Asana
- Upload community assets and notes
- Support basic newsletter
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Community Manager (music / entertainment preferred)
- Strong written English + Spanish
- Comfortable handling high engagement volume
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of the music industry, with a passion for global music and culture
- Self-motivated and organized, responsive, reliable with a proactive approach to engaging with online audiences

Location

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on, German-speaking Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help deliver high-quality, fast-moving content across SANVT’s channels.
You will support our Brand Manager in daily execution, with a focus on content production, influencer marketing, video editing, and platform scheduling.
What you will do
SOCIAL MEDIA
- In-house short-form video content creation and editing
- Implementing influencer marketing strategies to grow our social presence
- Supporting the social media calendar, including posting Stories, TikToks, Reels, and other content
- Staying up to date with trends and creating compelling briefs for both collaborations and in-house productions
- Helping plan and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with the Marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
MARKETING

YOUR PROFILE

- Proven experience filming and editing short-form video content
- Native German speaker (written and spoken)
