-Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de recepción, asegurando la excelencia en el trato a las personas visitantes.
-Gestionar horarios y tareas del equipo, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y eficiente.
-Ofrecer información turística detallada y personalizada, adaptándose a las necesidades de cada persona.
-Realizar el check-in y check-out de manera ágil y profesional, garantizando una experiencia fluida.
-Resolver cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir, demostrando capacidad de reacción y empatía.
-Comunicarte con fluidez en catalán, castellano, inglés y francés, asegurando una interacción efectiva con personas de diversas nacionalidades.
-Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo de las operaciones.
-Mantener actualizados los registros y bases de datos, asegurando la precisión en la información.
-Proponer mejoras en los procesos de recepción, contribuyendo al crecimiento de la empresa.

Requisitos
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en el sector de la hostelería, como recepcionista en hoteles o campings.
- Capacidad para gestionar equipos y liderar con empatía y eficacia.
- Habilidades organizativas y autonomía en la toma de decisiones.
- Dominio avanzado de catalán, castellano, inglés y francés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo, con dos días de descanso entre semana que no coincidirán con fines de semana ni festivos.
- Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con iniciativa para afrontar los retos del día a día.
- Flexibilidad para adaptarte a un horario intensivo, que se definirá según las necesidades del equipo.
- Compromiso con la incorporación inmediata.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Sitges, disfrutando de un entorno turístico vibrante.

- Staff is responsible for ensuring that they maintain good standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.

- Use English at all times with the children in the course.
- Be responsible for the well-being of the children in the Course and make sure they are never left un- attended.

- Be part of the staff selection process, conduct interviews.
- Ensure that the use of English is employed at all times with the children and staff at the school during the course.
- Be prepared to follow a flexible working timetable.
- Grouping of students with monitors at the start of course.
- Monitor English and Spanish activities levels, making changes where necessary, trying to balance the groups by age, level and sex, etc., as much as possible.
- Offer help and advice to monitors on both a practical and personal level, assisting with the preparation of sports classes: providing photocopies or other materials as and when they are needed.
- Maintain an awareness of fire, health and safety regulations.
- Be responsible for the well-being of the children and staff of the Courses.
- Be prepared, when necessary, to take a child from Course to the nearest Health Centre or hospital.
- Work as part of a team.

- Teach and manage groups of 10 – 15 students between the ages of 6 to 16 years old.
