As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you are recognized as a go-to expert in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, providing guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on expertise to solve unique and complex challenges. You will collaborate on crafting and implementing essential cloud solutions, influencing internal team members, and contributing to the advancement of outstanding industry standards. You will help shape infrastructure strategy, drive innovation, and ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of cloud operations. 1. Visionary Guidance & Technical Influence

* Serve as an internal expert, influencing cloud engineering strategy and advocating for best-in-class DevOps practices.

2. Cloud Infrastructure Design & Innovation

* Engage in the design, collaborating with architecture, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
* Solves complex technical challenges, requiring knowledge of organizational objectives.
* Define and implement next-generation automation strategies, eliminating manual interventions and enhancing efficiency, reliability, and security.
* Drive the evolution of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native automation frameworks to enable fully autonomous operations.
 
3. Reliability, Observability & Performance

* Establish and oversee advanced observability and monitoring frameworks, ensuring real-time insights, predictive analytics, and system reliability.
* Identify hidden performance bottlenecks and proactively optimize cloud environments to meet evolving business demands.
* Define and enforce SRE principles, ensuring infrastructure resilience and reducing operational risk.
* Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies that minimize downtime and ensure long-term stability.
 
4. Cost Optimization & FinOps Alignment

* Collaborate with FinOps teams to implement efficient cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with budgets and performance requirements.

* Act as a technical mentor and coach, guiding engineers across teams and helping shape future technical leaders.

Technical Skills & Experience
* Programming & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, Bash (or equivalent).
* Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (AWS and Azure also considered).
* CI/CD & Automation: Advanced expertise in CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
* Containerization & Orchestration: Mastery in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures.
* Observability & Monitoring: In-depth experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and other monitoring tools.
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools.
* Security & Compliance: Proficient in DevSecOps principles, cloud security standard methodologies, and governance frameworks.
* Experience: 8+ years in high-availability, multi-cloud SaaS environments, with a proven track record of leading complex, business-critical projects.

Descripción

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend en Go (Golang).
• Construir e integrar RESTful APIs (y preferiblemente GraphQL).
• Desarrollar interfaces frontend modernas con Angular (o React/Vue).
• Gestionar y optimizar bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Participar en el despliegue y orquestación de servicios con Docker y Kubernetes.
• Asegurar la calidad del software mediante buenas prácticas de arquitectura, patrones de diseño y testing.
• Colaborar en la monitorización y logging con herramientas como Prometheus, Grafana, ELK u OpenTelemetry.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).

Requisitos técnicos

Backend

• Experiencia sólida desarrollando en Go (Golang).
• Conocimientos en arquitectura limpia, patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas.
• Experiencia en RESTful APIs y, preferiblemente, en GraphQL.
• Experiencia con PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB y Redis.
• Conocimientos de Docker y Kubernetes.

• Experiencia con frameworks modernos (Angular idealmente, también React o Vue).
• Conocimientos sólidos en JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 y CSS3.
• Familiaridad con SSR/Next.js (plus).
• Experiencia en consumo de APIs y optimización de rendimiento.

• Conocimiento básico de GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experiencia en monitorización y logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Uso avanzado de Git y control de versiones.

• Conocimientos de microservicios y arquitecturas distribuidas.
• Experiencia en entornos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
• Conocimientos en seguridad de aplicaciones (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2).

• Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas complejos.
