Somos una asociación con una misión clara: hacer volar las palabras. En 2022 recibimos el Premio Nacional de Fomento de la Lectura y estamos convencidos de que la lectura se contagia desde el entusiasmo. Ahora buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a profesores y profesoras de escritura creativa.

Trabajarás con personas de todas las edades: literalmente, de 0 a 100 años. Desde la primera infancia hasta adultos mayores. Talleres presenciales en Zaragoza y también en formato online.

¿Tu perfil? Lo que necesitamos de verdad: que ames la literatura, que tengas creatividad y capacidad de comunicación, que disfrutes trabajando con grupos diversos.

Valoramos (pero no es imprescindible): experiencia en mediación lectora, conocimientos literarios sólidos, experiencia con grupos de diferentes edades.

Perfiles que nos interesan: Bibliotecarios/as, maestros/as, educadores/as, estudiantes de Filología o Magisterio, personas en reconversión profesional hacia el mundo cultural. Y si estás en otro lugar pero esto te dice algo, escríbenos igualmente.

Algo importante: tanto si tienes experiencia como si quieres iniciarte en este mundo, escríbenos. Nosotros te formaremos.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are in search of a talented, motivated student currently in a relevant (research) Master's program or recently graduated (e.g., Public Policy, Economics), with a keen interest in applied research. Experience or interest in public policy, qualitative and quantitative methods, and data analysis, will be highly valued.

Internship Description:

Join our interdisciplinary team, where economics, political science, behavioural science and data science converge. You will engage in research projects for both public and private sector clients. Your tasks will include literature review, stakeholder consultations, data collection and analysis, and producing reports and presentations.

Practical Information:

Internships can be carried out in our Milan or Barcelona offices.

ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3–5, including IGCSE and IB.
• Plan and implement a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum.
• Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all pupils reach their potential.
• Contribute to curriculum development, lesson planning, and departmental initiatives.
• Serve as a form tutor and support the pastoral development of students.
• Maintain accurate records and track student performance.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in staff development, performance management, and school-wide initiatives.
• Support extracurricular English and literacy enrichment programmes.
  
  

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Successful teaching experience at secondary level, ideally teaching English at IGCSE and IB levels.
• Understanding of effective teaching strategies and curriculum requirements across KS3–5.
• Ability to create an engaging, motivating, and safe learning environment.
• Strong organisational, planning, and ICT skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and develop positive relationships with staff and students.
• Commitment to raising student aspirations and supporting their holistic development.
