Tus Funciones

Como parte fundamental del equipo, participarás en todo el ciclo de vida de la solución:

Diseño: Colaboración técnica con distintos equipos y elaboración de documentación técnica a bajo nivel.

Desarrollo del Dato: Implementación e industrialización de capas de gestión de agentes (infraestructura, RAG, etc.) bajo mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software.

Calidad y Pruebas: Generación de métricas de calidad medibles y validación de desarrollos.

Requisitos Del Perfil

Imprescindibles (2-3 años de experiencia):

Experiencia sólida en AWS (o entornos cloud similares).

Funciones:
- Agile Coaching & Facilitation
- Guiar a uno o varios equipos como Scrum Master, asegurando la correcta ejecución de ceremonias, artefactos y buenas prácticas Agile.
- Proporcionar coaching individual y de equipo, impulsando la mejora continua, la transparencia y la colaboración.
- Dar soporte a Product Owners en gestión de backlog, priorización y definición de valor.
- Impulsar el rendimiento del equipo mediante métricas significativas (velocidad, lead time, throughput, predictabilidad).

- Actuar como agente del cambio, promoviendo principios Lean-Agile y prácticas escaladas.
- Fomentar la alineación entre negocio, tecnología, operaciones y riesgo.

Qué esperamos de ti:
- +4 años como Scrum Master o Agile Coach.
- Experiencia en servicios financieros; altamente valorado Investment Banking.

- Nivel de inglés C1

Habilidades Técnicas
- Conocimiento de AWS, Azure o GCP.
- Experiencia con herramientas CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
