• Establish technical designs to meet Sanofi requirements aligned with the architectural and Data standards
• Ownership of the entire back end of the application, including the design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of the core application logic, databases, data ingestion and transformation, data processing and orchestration of pipelines, APIs, CI/CD integration and other processes
• Fine-tune and optimize queries using Snowflake platform and database techniques
• Optimize ETL/data pipelines to balance performance, functionality, and other operational requirements

• Experience developing backend, integration, data pipelining, and infrastructure with relevant technologies and tools (Snowflake, AWS, Spark, Informatica/IICS or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative field of study
• Expertise in database optimization and performance improvement
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, and Snowpark
• Experience data warehouse and object-relational database (Snowflake and PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries
• Experience in cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS)

Experiencia en arquitecturas middleware basadas en colas, SOA, APIs, microservicios, eventos e híbridas.

Experiencia previa en migraciones y modernización de arquitecturas de integración.
Conocimiento práctico de Docker y Kubernetes orientado a plataformas cloud como Azure y/o AWS.

Your day-to-day as a FullStack Developer:

• Service & API Development: Architect, build and maintain scalable, reliable backend services in Node.js (e.g. NestJS) and server-side applications with Next.js.
• Microservices & Event-Driven Systems: Design and implement microservices architectures and event-driven pipelines (Kafka or similar), ensuring loose coupling, high performance, and resilience.
• Frontend Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to build responsive, high-quality pixel-perfect frontends using React, Vue, or Angular, and integrate with our RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Performance & Quality: Optimize load times, bundle sizes, and user interactions.
• Agile & DevOps: Champion our “Shakers Agile” methodology—own your GitLab workflow, write tests, enforce CI/CD best practices, and automate where it makes sense (AWS EC2/S3/CloudFront/Lambda).
• Architecture & Quality: Apply Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure a maintainable codebase.
• Security & Compliance: Implement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), enforce data protection, and integrate code-quality/security tools (SonarQube).

You´re a great fit if you have this...

• Experience: At least 2 or 3 years of professional development experience—we’re looking for real, on-the-job product work, not internships or bootcamps. Bonus if you’ve shipped features at another product-focused company.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics or a closely related STEM field.

• Technical Expertise: Real experience building full stack applications with Node.js, Next.js, Vue/Angular, or similar. We also accept
  • Proven experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (Kafka).
  • Hands-on with Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, SOLID, and Clean Code practices.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda).
• Quality & Security Mindset:
  • Strong understanding of web security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption).
  • Experience with quality and security tooling (JWT, OAuth, SonarQube, Kiuwan).

  • Highly proactive—more than just executing specs, you’ll propose improvements, optimize performance, and drive scalability.

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 25.000€ and 40.250€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

• Between 25.000€ & 35.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 5.250€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential and Shakers global results (15%)

Descripción

El objetivo es decomisionar GIR2, una aplicación monolítica legacy en desarrollada en una tecnología Microsoft Antigua para pasarla a nuestro stack moderno "GIR3" basada en SPA y un backend apificado basado en microservicios y asincronía mediante bus de eventos. El equipo tendrá que migrar la funcionalidad existente y dividida en módulos, y programarla de nuevo en el nuevo stack. Para ello, el equipo de producto está definiendo en EPICs y User Stories la funcionalidad aunque, en algunos casos, también será necesario hacer ingeniería inversa en el código de la aplicación legacy. Para ello contamos con que el equipo haga uso de los motores de IA que aceleren dicho análisis.



El stack tecnológico que tenemos en este producto es: .Net (última versión) para el backend, Angular (última versión) para el frontend, postgres como motor de ddbb todo ello desplegado en azure Cloud. Trabajamos con metodología ágil/scrum, bajo un context de CICD orientado a DevOps donde los equipos son responsables de refinar los requerimientos, desarrollarlos, validarlos, entregarlos a producción y dar soporte a las posibles incidencias.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación académica en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
• Dominio avanzado de .Net y experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones.
• Conocimientos sólidos de metodologías ágiles y herramientas de control de versiones.
• Capacidad de liderazgo técnico y habilidades para trabajar en equipo.
• Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo técnico o arquitecturas de software.
• Nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito
