Das Sind Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist die technische Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen und der Softwareentwicklung
• Du deckst den gesamten Requirement Life-Cycle ab (Erhebung, Dokumentation, Prüfung/Qualitätssicherung) und stehst in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Product Ownern, Development und (internen) Fachabteilungen
• Du bist ein Meister in der Übersetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen in technische Sprache und stellst komplexe Zusammenhänge für Development Teams vereinfacht dar
• Du begleitest die Weiterentwicklung bestehender bzw. die Einführung neuer Produkte von der groben Anforderungserhebung über die laufende Entwicklung bis hin zu Fehleranalysen im laufenden Umsetzungsprozess
• Du unterstützt deine Ausarbeitungen mit aussagekräftigen Grafiken und Präsentationen
• Du arbeitest in einem agilen Umfeld und fühlst dich in einem agilen Team wohl
• Du unterstützt das Team sowohl bei der Backlog-Priorisierung/dem Sprint Planning, als auch bei der Erstellung der einzelnen Aufwandsschätzungen/den Refinement-Zeremonien
  
  

Das Bist Du

• Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner und bringst grundsätzliche Softwareentwicklungsskills aus früheren Positionen oder aus deiner Ausbildung mit
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Requirements Engineering/Anforderungsanalyse sammeln können
• Idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen mit UML und im Analysieren von Prozessen gemacht
• Du besitzt Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen

• Amplia experiencia en modelos de arquitectura de negocio y de soluciones tecnológicas empresariales. Preferentemente en el sector financiero. Al menos 3 años con experiencia en puesto similares.
• Mapeo de funcionalidades de negocio a procesos de negocio (arquitectura de negocio) a las soluciones tecnológicas.
• Definición roadmap de aplicaciones. Creando y asegurando el mapa de aplicaciones del dominio donde este asignado.

Our team, “Products and Solutions” is part of the engineering function in Airbus Defence and Space, designing and developing products, hardware and software, providing connectivity and communications capabilities to our customers. These products are integrated as part of the solutions provided by two out of the three main programme lines in Airbus Defence and Space, Secure Communications in Connected Intelligence, and all military airborne platforms in Military Air Systems (A400M, Eurofighter, C295, etc.)

•Producir compilaciones de software robustas a partir del código fuente, cumpliendo con los criterios de rendimiento y seguridad definidos.
•Liderar y participar en revisiones de código, garantizando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares de codificación.
•Realizar pruebas de integración de sistemas, diagnosticar fallas y fomentar la mejora continua en la solidez y eficiencia del software.
•Utilizar las últimas metodologías de desarrollo para innovar y mejorar el proceso de entrega de software.

Requisitos:
•Experiencia comprobada en .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC y familiaridad con la arquitectura orientada a servicios y servicios RESTful
•Sólido dominio de SQL (Oracle), React, JavaScript y Typescript
•Experiencia con Identity Server, OAuth, Kubernetes (PKS), máquinas virtuales y pipelines CI/CD
•Conocimiento de tecnologías de streaming como Kafka, así como Open API y UML
•Habilidades excepcionales de resolución de problemas y análisis.
•Experiencia con metodologías de proyectos ágiles
•Experiencia previa en mentoría y liderazgo de equipos de desarrollo.

Necesario nivel de inglés avanzado ya que el proyecto es a nivel internacional. Habrá comunicaciones con otros países.

Modalidad de trabajo híbrido: 3 días a la semana presencial en Madrid centro.
