We are looking for a Business Analyst to help us lead and digital work streams with a client-obsessed mindset. Being part of the CLM ART, you will be acting as a customer advocate, working together with technology to ensure that key requirements are being delivered as part of the product backlog.
Successful candidates possess understanding of banking across wealth management and private banking, exposed to innovation & transformation trends in the industry and are experienced in agile ways of working and engagement of stakeholders across departments and geographies.
The candidate will be a member of the IT Digital Transformation team in Madrid and support the engagement & delivery of the CLM ART roadmap to support the Bank’s growth strategy.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Product Discovery & Delivery- Supporting the bank’s Product Owner for CLM initiative on strategic capabilities impacting clients and front office employees
- Working with Change & Client Experience, Business Management and Technology teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features, provide requirements, prioritize user stories, and work with technology and other team members on delivery
- Extracting relevant insights from client’s online behaviour and client usability testing to continuously iterate the client journeys to improve the product experience.
- Implementing framework to drive adoption and usage, establish feedback loop to ensure that the product meets the needs of clients
Driving Engagement & Usage- Managing business and senior stakeholders by acting as a partner and trusted advisor, ensuring continuous user feedback loops during the agile delivery
- Planning and orchestrating of training activities and create easy-to-understand training and engagement material for clients and front office
- Creating high-quality communication deliverables such as EDMs to clients and front office and are comfortable with articulating the communication strategy through presentation materials
- Working in projects and have a good grasp of project management in general when it comes to structure, clear roles & responsibilities, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
Must Haves- You have at least 7-8 years’ experience with working as a Business Analyst in a financial institution, fintech, technology or consultancy company in India
- You enjoy working on problems with cross functional teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features
- You have excellent communication skills, are able to process information quickly, break complex matters down to their core – running independently, and don’t give up easily
- You are comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership & cross functional stakeholders to get required decisions
- You have experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service and have successfully managed the full product lifecycle from idea-stage to scaling, including integration of user feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
- Fluent in English oral and written is a must and fluent Spanish is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools
- Experienced in applying testing methodologies, especially functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Professional and Technical- Familiar with client needs in wealth management and private banking. Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
- Experience with product discovery and delivery concepts on understanding user needs, identify opportunities and demonstrate successful, impactful delivery
- Knowledge of agile methodology and experience of partnering with research, design, change and technology in an design thinking and agile framework
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making
- Track record of prioritizing and making trade-offs by objectively evaluating opportunities vs potential pitfalls

As our Quality Manager, you will play a central leadership role within the Agile Release Train (ART), serving as the guardian of product quality and release integrity. You will lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple agile teams, ensuring seamless coordination, robust testing practices, and stable production releases. In close collaboration with engineering, product, security, and stakeholders, you will drive transparency, proactively manage risks, and continuously improve how we deliver high-quality software. YOUR CHALLENGE
You will take full ownership of quality across the delivery lifecycle, acting as the focal point for testing coordination, release readiness, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading testing coordination across agile teams: defining scope, timelines, environments, and dependencies while maintaining clear visibility for ART leadership
- Delivering testing status reports to ART leaders, summarising progress, bottlenecks, improvements, and upcoming priorities
- Coordinating testing activities, including scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and active support during test cycles
- Conducting quality reviews to assess regression coverage, test completeness, defect trends, and traceability from JIRA/RFCs
- Driving production stability by coordinating sign-off sessions with Product Owners, Project Managers, RTEs, and rest of stakeholders
- Developing and implementing a test data strategy to address common challenges around data availability, correct permissions, data refreshes, and reliability
- Championing testing excellence and automation, identifying improvement opportunities, promoting best practices, and supporting initiatives to increase automated test coverage
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in software quality assurance within large-scale Agile environments, preferably in financial services or banking
- Deep familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks, and experienced in working alongside Scrum Masters, RTEs, and Product Management. In a DevOps setup is a strong plus
- Skilled in release management and quality gating, with a demonstrated ability to enforce discipline around freezes and go/no-go decisions
- Experienced in coordinating non-functional testing, especially penetration testing, and liaising between technical teams and external assessors
- Comfortable analysing testing metrics, JIRA workflows, and test coverage reports to evaluate release readiness
- A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills—capable of influencing without authority and presenting clearly to senior stakeholders
- Resilient, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement in both processes and outcomes
Education and skills:
- Excellent command in English (C1/C2). Fluent Spanish would be a big plus

As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) Private Banking you will be responsible of supporting one or more Relationship Manager(s) (RM)/ Team Head(s) (TH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
