Descripción del Puesto: Estamos buscando un IT Business Analyst altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid. El candidato ideal será responsable de analizar y mejorar los procesos de negocio mediante la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas eficientes. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con diferentes departamentos para identificar necesidades, definir requisitos y asegurar la entrega exitosa de proyectos tecnológicos. Este es un proyecto internacional que requerirá viajes puntuales.

 

Responsabilidades:

• Analizar y documentar los procesos de negocio actuales y futuros, con un enfoque especial en los procesos de CRM, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finanzas y Customer Service.
• Crear representaciones visuales de los flujos de trabajo para entender la secuencia de actividades, puntos de decisión y roles involucrados en un proceso.
• Recopilar, limpiar y analizar datos relacionados con el rendimiento del proceso para descubrir patrones, tendencias y métricas, identificar oportunidades de optimización y medir el impacto de los cambios en el proceso.
• Colaborar con las partes interesadas para definir los objetivos del proceso, identificar los resultados deseados y documentar los requisitos específicos. Realizar entrevistas, talleres y encuestas para recopilar información de varios departamentos y niveles organizacionales.
• Identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones tecnológicas adecuadas.
• Desarrollar y modelar nuevos procesos o mejorar los existentes basándose en los hallazgos del análisis y los requisitos de las partes interesadas. Esto incluye crear mapas de procesos detallados, definir roles y responsabilidades, y establecer métricas de rendimiento.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para asegurar que los requisitos de negocio se traduzcan correctamente en especificaciones técnicas.
• Involucrar a diversas partes interesadas para recopilar ideas, entender sus necesidades e incorporar sus comentarios en el diseño del proceso. Esto asegura que los procesos estén alineados con los objetivos y metas de la organización.
• Realizar pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT) y asegurar la calidad de las soluciones implementadas.
• Documentar el estado actual de los procesos, los cambios propuestos y los resultados de los cambios implementados. Proporcionar actualizaciones y reportes regulares a la gerencia y otras partes interesadas para mantenerlos informados sobre el progreso y cualquier problema.

Requisitos:

• Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años como IT Business Analyst o en un rol similar.
• Experiencia en CRM, de preferencia con Salesforce.
• Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de análisis de negocio y gestión de proyectos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades de manera efectiva.

As an Engineering Manager, you are responsible for driving success for your engineering team(s). We expect our EMs to be technically strong, understand how to break down work, and support the growth and career development of our engineers. We are a fast-moving company, which requires balancing priorities, releasing quality features, and ensuring a high level of uptime. We expect our EMs to be strong communicators with the ability to easily work cross-functionally with our disciplines.

🚀 What you will do

• Manage, support, coach and develop high performing engineers through regular 1:1 and continuous feedback
• Partner with our VP of Engineering and Group Product Manager to ensure we build high-performing teams that consistently and iterate and deliver high-impact and high-quality work
• Lead on the creation, development and implementation of management best practice and tools e.g progression frameworks
• Partner with Senior Engineers to drive technical initiatives that raise the bar for our engineering practices
• Leading ongoing engineering work, ensuring timely delivery

• You have experience managing the performance and development of high-performing Engineers, including seniors and leads, at a high growth, rapidly scaling startups
• You know what good looks like for a high-performing team of Engineers and know how to get there
• You have previously worked as an Engineer at a senior level
• You have an empathetic leadership style and you build strong, effective relationships
• You care deeply about helping others achieve their goals and become the best Engineers they can be
• You are a fantastic communicator and able to work cross-functionally with our engineering team and other areas of the business
• You thrive when developing great people and great products at scale
• You are data driven and know how to work cross functionally with Product and Design
