🚀 What will your day-to-day look like?

• Processing and booking supplier invoices into our accounting system.
• Facilitating the payment of invoices by managing approvals and preparing payment runs.
• Performing regular bank account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are matched.
• Managing and controlling company expenses, including receipts and simplified invoices.
• Reviewing and maintaining the accounts payable ledger.
• Uploading invoices to the Spanish Tax Agency's SII platform.
• Setting up and onboarding new suppliers.
• Supporting the team with other related administrative tasks as needed.
