Contratación y Atención al Cliente

Buscamos una persona para incorporarse a nuestro equipo y apoyar la gestión integral de pólizas, propuestas y atención a clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

• Dar de alta ofertas, pólizas y suplementos.
• Anular pólizas conforme a la norma técnica.
• Tramitar suplementos y grabar notificaciones de ventas.
• Gestionar solicitudes de clasificación, avisos de falta de pago y prórrogas.
• Informar sobre propuestas de seguro y situación de candidatos.
• Emitir y modificar la tarificación de propuestas.
• Atención telefónica a clientes internos y externos.
• Proporcionar soporte general a asegurados y agentes.
• Dar apoyo administrativo a los gestores de clientes.
• Cumplir las políticas y requerimientos de Seguridad de la Información.
  
  
  

Requisitos

• Formación Profesional en Administración y Finanzas o similar.
• Inglés avanzado.
  
  
  

Conocimientos valorables

• Legislación y normativa de seguros en España (valorable).
• Access, Excel, PowerPoint y Word (nivel medio).
