Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager, who will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operational activities, ensuring quality patient care, driving success and profitability, and contributing to the implementation of the company's strategy. This pivotal role will shape the success of our new clinic and future franchise locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute the setup of clinic operations.
  • Establish effective operational processes and systems.
  • Navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care, encouraging and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Manage clinic budget, including billing, payroll, and procurement, while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setting up and managing performance evaluations, staff development, and patient satisfaction.
  • Set up new and support existing communications with insurance companies.


Qualifications:

  • Full working proficiency in English and Spanish (C1-C2), both in written and verbal communication. Other languages will be deemed advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar managerial role in healthcare settings, including construction oversight.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminologies, and best practices in clinic management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress and emergencies with grace.
  • Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in healthcare IT systems.
  • Knowledge of franchising principles and practices will be considered a *plus*.
  • Valid driver´s license.
