What will you do?

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient data pipelines in Cloud. Your work will be essential to ensure the availability, quality, and governance of the data that drives our strategic decisions.

Specifically, you will:

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data services using Python and other relevant technologies, following software engineering best practices.
• Build and maintain robust, automated ETL/ELT processes, focusing on clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, files, and third-party systems, designing reliable and fault-tolerant integrations.
• Develop APIs and data ingestion services when required to expose, consume, or orchestrate data across different systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Github Actions & Jenkins

In this role, you will execute performance testing, analyse benchmark results, and provide optimisation recommendations across cutting-edge HPC and AI environments, working closely with customers, architects, consultants, and engineering teams. You will be part of a global team supporting EMEA and worldwide projects and will report directly to the Global HPC Delivery Leader.

What You Will Do

• Validate, benchmark, and optimize large-scale HPC and AI platforms, ensuring systems meet performance targets, customer expectations, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute benchmarking and performance test plans across compute, storage, networking, GPUs, and AI workloads, then analyze and present results.
• Profile applications, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide practical optimization recommendations for HPC, AI, and GPU-accelerated environments.
• Work with industry-standard HPC benchmarks, AI training and inference workloads, MPI-based applications, storage testing tools, and large-scale cluster validation processes.
• Partner closely with customers, solution architects, technical consultants, delivery teams, and technology partners to support successful solution deployment and operational readiness.

What You Will Bring

• Strong experience with High Performance Computing (HPC) environments, including cluster architectures, Linux administration, job scheduling, and distributed computing.
• Proven ability to execute, analyse, and optimise HPC benchmarks and performance validation tests across compute, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of parallel computing technologies, including MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, NCCL, and GPU-accelerated applications.
• Experience benchmarking and tuning scientific, engineering, AI, and data analytics workloads on large-scale HPC platforms.
• Strong understanding of NVIDIA GPU technologies and architectures, including H100, H200, B200, and GB200/GB300.
• Hands-on experience with high-performance networking technologies such as InfiniBand and RoCEv2.
• Expertise with industry-standard benchmark suites including HPL, HPL-MxP, HPCG, IO500, MLPerf, STREAM, FIO, IOR, and NCCL tests.
• Knowledge of Top500, Green500, customer acceptance testing methodologies, and HPC performance benchmarking best practices.
• Experience working with HPC storage solutions such as Lustre, GPFS (IBM Storage Scale), BeeGFS, VAST, WEKA, or similar parallel file systems.
• Strong Linux skills across RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu, combined with shell scripting for automation, benchmark execution, and performance analysis.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, deliver optimisation recommendations, and create customer-facing benchmark reports, technical documentation, and performance studies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with customers, architects, and engineering teams; experience with AI infrastructure benchmarking, LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud HPC (Azure/AWS/GCP), Python automation, GPU profiling tools, and enterprise AI acceptance testing is highly desirable.

En Consultia IT buscamos incorporar un/a DevOps Engineer con experiencia en Openshift, para trabajar en uno de nuestros clientes más relevantes que es líder en soluciones Cloud y de IA en un proyecto conjunto con una importante entidad bancaria española con fuerte proyección internacional.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar, implementar y mantener plataformas de contenedores escalables, seguras y altamente disponibles, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y operaciones.

La persona seleccionada deberá tener disponibilidad para que una semana cada 4 o 5 semanas, su horario sea en horario de tarde de las 16 a las 00:00h

Requisitos mínimos:

• Experiencia demostrable como DevOps Engineer o rol similar.
• Experiencia sólida con OpenShift
• Conocimientos avanzados de Kubernetes.
• Experiencia con CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Experiencia en automatización con Ansible, Terraform o similares.
• Conocimientos de sistemas Linux.
• Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo y logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Manejo de control de versiones con Git.

En Aubay Spain buscamos un/a DevSecOps / AppSec Engineer para incorporarse a proyecto internacional del sector bancario. Esta iniciativa es el núcleo de nuestra estrategia de seguridad de software y se encarga de gestionar las vulnerabilidades en todos los pipelines de desarrollo y despliegue.

Si te apasiona el enfoque shift-left, la automatización de controles de seguridad en entornos CI/CD y el trabajo directo con los equipos de desarrollo para construir software seguro desde el primer momento, este es tu proyecto.

Tus funciones principales:

• Seguridad en Pipelines: Implementar, automatizar y mantener herramientas de detección de vulnerabilidades (SAST, DAST, SCA) como SonarQube, Checkmarx y OWASP ZAP dentro de los flujos CI/CD.
• Triaje y Remediación: Monitorizar, analizar y priorizar las vulnerabilidades detectadas en librerías de terceros, dependencias y frameworks (npm, Maven, pip, Go modules).
• Automatización: Desarrollar scripts (Python, Bash) para automatizar la actualización de dependencias y los flujos de seguridad.
• Seguridad en Contenedores: Asegurar los despliegues en entornos orquestados, trabajando mano a mano con OpenShift y Docker.
• Reporting y Buenas Prácticas: Definir guías de secure coding, registrar evidencias de compliance en Jira, y reportar el estado del riesgo y métricas a los stakeholders y dirección de seguridad.
• Respuesta a Incidentes: Dar soporte técnico ante vulnerabilidades críticas (explotación de zero-days, CVEs de severidad alta).

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Experiencia profesional de alrededor de 3-4 años en IT, con al menos 2 años de experiencia directa en Application Security, DevSecOps o Vulnerability Management a nivel de software.
• Experiencia práctica integrando herramientas SAST, DAST y SCA en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
• Nivel sólido de scripting (Python, Bash) aplicado a la automatización en pipelines CI/CD.
• Conocimiento y manejo de entornos de contenedores y su seguridad (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Dominio del panorama de amenazas (OWASP Top 10, CWE) y de la metodología de puntuación de vulnerabilidades (CVSS).
• Manejo fluido de control de versiones (Git/GitHub) y gestión de incidencias (Jira).
• Capacidad para comunicarte de forma fluida en Inglés o Francés (basta con dominar uno de los dos).

Valoraremos positivamente (Nice to have):

• Conocimientos de seguridad en entornos Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
• Experiencia con plataformas corporativas de gestión de vulnerabilidades (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7) y estándares normativos (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Certificaciones del sector como OSCP, CISSP, CEH o CCSP.
