The Scrum Master's responsibilities include ensuring that development teams foster Scrum framework values and Agile practices, mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team/tribe impediments.

What We Expect From You
The Scrum Master's responsibilities include ensuring that development teams foster Scrum framework values and Agile practices, mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team/tribe impediments.
- Main objective: Drive a HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM. Ensure efficiency and continuous improvement of the tribe and ecosystem through AGILE METRICS in the areas of quality, predictability, value, and velocity.
- Ensure that the Agile methodology is successful (understood and adopted).
- Promote an Agile mindset and agile values and principles are internalized and followed by all the members of the tribe and ecosystem.
- Train in their responsibilities all the agile roles (PO, developers, QA, stakeholders…) and help members of the tribe to make decisions
- Ensure the alignment between members of the tribe or ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with the agreements adopted. Facilitate the cooperation between members.
- Create a good environment of work, encourage personal development (soft skills), and support the commitment made by the tribe. Inspection well-being and give feedback to members of the tribe.
- Act as a facilitator in agile ceremonies/events or other dynamics.
- Manage and optimize the flow of value. Promote impediment removal and support to resolve dependencies of the tribes actively engaged in Scrum Agile Community. Requirements
- The client works in product-oriented teams, with full ownership and autonomy inside their boundaries.
- Role experience: + 3 years
- Overall work experience: +8 years
- Knowledge and experience in working with Agile frameworks, especially Scrum framework, and:
- Scrum Master (certified).
- Kanban (certified).
- Scaled Agile frameworks (preferably certified)
- SAFE
- Deep experience with Agile metrics and tools (high expertise in Jira, Confluence, and EazyBI) and visual management tools (Mural, Miro…)
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent emotional intelligence.
- Proactive attitude.
- Problem solver, willing to take challenges and embrace change.
- Experience working in a complex environment.
- Willing to work in a remote environment.
