Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer at our company. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects, with a particular focus on payroll management and vendor payments. He/she will need to ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness in all financial transactions, as well as work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's financial objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial activities of the company.
• Manage the complete payroll process, including calculation of salaries, deductions, taxes and benefits.
• Coordinate and execute timely payment to vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
• Perform periodic financial analysis to identify areas of efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare financial reports for management, providing relevant analysis and recommendations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated and effective financial management.
• Participate in budgeting and short and long term financial planning.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum previous experience of 8 in financial functions, with emphasis on payroll and vendor payment management.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Results oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced level of English
• Solid knowledge of local financial and tax regulations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be considered as an advantage.

Salary Package:

50-55.000 base + bonus + benefits
