Purpose of the Role:
- Work as a business partner for Havaianas’ international BUs in Europe
- Lead the development and execution of Internal Communication, Engagement, and Culture initiatives for Europe.
- Strengthen alignment between international BUs and the Brazil HQ , ensuring that the global People & Culture strategy is effectively localized and implemented.
- Support seasonal growth (summer/high season) with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
Key Functions
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage job adverts and applications through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms.
- Pre-screening of candidates and participate in interview processes.
- Organize induction agendas.
Development:
- Partner with the business to identify future skill sets required to achieve the business strategy.
- Identify training and development needs across the Territories and facilitate the implementation of a learning offering that contributes to improved individual and business performance.
- Partner with clients on the Individual Development Planning (PDP) process to ensure quality development plans are created within the required timeframes.
- Partner with the business to build a culture of ongoing performance management and development Employee Relations.
- Provide advice and assistance on company policies and procedures.
- Advise Managers on matters relating to employee engagement, welfare, discipline and grievance and other HR issues.
- Partner with the business to identify, and manage, the people impact of business changes within the organization.
- Actively support Employees, offering independent confidential advice with regards to employee relations issues.
Engagement & Employee Experience
- Monitor engagement KPIs across European teams through surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops.
- Review results from the previous year’s engagement cycle and design concrete action plans for improvement.
- Implement engagement initiatives covering recognition, communication, development, and wellbeing.
- Partner with BU leaders to execute and track engagement actions locally.
- Report progress and insights
Internal Communication & Culture
- Implement the internal communication plan for European Teams
- Drive initiatives that reinforce Havaianas’ brand culture and within European teams.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve engagement channels.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, facilitating workshops and immersion sessions across Europe.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good level of English.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate engagement or people data into actionable plans.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
- Responsibility, respect for deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills, communication skills, and teamwork.
