Job Description
Supporting Infrastructure & Operations with all aspects of commercials and contractual
change.
- Ensure that all applicable vendor services being delivered into IAG are aligned to agreed
Performance Reviews upon agreed reporting focussing on SLA’s & KPI’s.
- Ensure services delivered are aligned to industry best practice and drive value.
- Ensuring that vendors are being paid on time for services consumed by IAG Tech.
- Delivering factual data insights to the relevant Tower on contracted data and financial spend
- Update and manage contract inventory and all contract renewals.
- Ensure that contracts and agreements are maintained in the appropriate systems so that
- Produce high quality documentation and reports.
- Support continual service improvement across Vendor Management by identifying areas for improvement and assisting with the update or creation of required documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Ensure all vendors have Purchase Orders raised and authorised before delivering services and advise non-compliance to Vendor Manager.
- Ensure all vendors are paid on time for services delivered.
- Challenge the IAG Tech Tower to ensure that services have been received before
- Qualify the monthly data from vendor reviews and ensure alignment to internal IAG
- Drive transparency of commercial data across all the vendors within the Tower.
- Build consumption-based data models to simplify internal financial billing.
- Deliver on a number of projects, the breadth and complexity of which will vary depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- ITIL awareness and/or certification
- Excellent analytical skills, confident in identifying, questioning and suggesting improvements to current working methods and processes where necessary for the benefit of IAG Tech.
- Good attention to detail with organisational and process design skills.
- Forming strong stakeholder relationships, with a proven ability of influencing and persuading internally and externally
- Effective senior stakeholder management, balancing and finding compromises between opposing views and opinions
- Business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a valueadded service to business customers.
- Extracting requirements from business stakeholders and documenting them in a succinct manner
- Ability to recognise priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment of strategic business goals and objectives
- Embracing and managing both business and IT change as necessary to help shape future direction
- Ability to work under pressure
- Identifies and contributes to the continual improvement of analysis capability across the organisation.
- Fluent written and spoken in English and Spanish.
